新疆“访惠聚”活动长效机制构建问题研究

【摘要】：新疆自2014年以来实施的"访惠聚"活动至今已接近三年,其所发挥的作用,出现的问题都已经有了全方位的呈现,如何正确认识"访惠聚"活动?"访惠聚"活动是由具有长期进行下去的必要性?"访惠聚"活动开展以来产生的现实影响及其深远价值又是什么?本人试图在分析这一系列基本问题的基础上,尝试对如何构建"访惠聚"长效机制提出一些自己的思考。
[Abstract]:Since 2014, Xinjiang has been carrying out the "visit and gather" activities for nearly three years. Its role and problems have all been presented in all directions. How can we correctly understand the "visit to Huihui" activities? ". Is it necessary for a visit to be held over a long period of time? " What are the practical effects and far-reaching value of the "visit and gather" activities? On the basis of analyzing this series of basic problems, I try to put forward some thoughts on how to construct the long-term mechanism of "visiting and gathering".
