马克思个性理论与职业选择研究

【摘要】:个性发展是人的现代性过程的核心问题,而这一问题在现实社会中与人所从事的职业发生着紧密的关联。在中国当前社会,寻求实现个性发展与职业选择的统一的途径是提升我国人的现代性的一种思路,其实质是协调个人发展与社会需要的矛盾,把个性发展与人的社会贡献有机地统一起来。因此,依据马克思个性理论,结合现代社会的发展实际,研究具有中国特色的职业选择是深化个性发展思想的重要课题。 在马克思那里,个性是一个历史范畴,是现实的个人在与环境的相互作用中,人的本质力量的发挥、发展所形成的个体的差异。马克思个性理论以“现实的个人”为出发点,不仅为职业选择研究确立了唯物史观的基本方向,提供了实践生成的科学方法论并进行价值引导,而且对于在职业选择活动中个人的发展给予了深切的关怀。 从个性发展与职业选择的历史过程看,其发展表现为个性自由程度的不断提升:职业选择与个性发展是在生产力、职业分工的发展与个性自我发展、完善的矛盾运动中,逐渐走向统一的。从个性发展与职业选择的理论维度看,个性发展在实现人的需要和价值目标及其过程方面与职业选择具有一致性;个性发展与职业选择也存在差异性、对立及矛盾;二者在现实中呈现互动态势:社会为个人发展创造条件,个人为社会发展作出贡献;二者之间关系的优化就是寻找到其平衡点,即选择一种契合个人创造个性又能最大限度发展这种个性的职业。在这一过程中,个人不仅发展个性,而且能够通过适合自己的职业为社会作出最优的贡献,很好地实现人生价值。从中国当代国情看,个性发展与职业选择面临一些问题和困境:职业发展与个性发展存在着矛盾,特别是存在着价值冲突的问题;职业选择的自由变换在现有体制下,存在困难与挑战。这根源于不发达的生产力及个性自由与职业分工的矛盾。在我国现有生产力发展程度下,解决这个问题必须进行体制改革,破除个性发展的社会障碍,为个性的合理发展创造物质条件,从而推动整个社会的发展。
[Abstract]:Personality development is the core problem in the process of human modernity, which is closely related to the occupation people engage in the real society. In the current society of China, seeking a way to realize the unity of personality development and career choice is a way of promoting the modernity of Chinese people, whose essence is to coordinate the contradiction between individual development and social needs. The development of personality and the social contribution of people organically unified. Therefore, according to Marx's personality theory and the development practice of modern society, it is an important task to study the career choice with Chinese characteristics. In Marx's view, individuality is a historical category. It is the individual difference formed by the interaction between human nature and environment, the exertion and development of human essential power. Marx's personality theory takes the "realistic individual" as the starting point. It not only establishes the basic direction of historical materialism for the study of career choice, but also provides the scientific methodology generated by practice and the guidance of value. And for the personal development in career selection activities to give deep concern. From the perspective of the historical process of personality development and career choice, its development is manifested in the continuous improvement of the degree of personality freedom: career choice and personality development are in the contradictory movement of productive forces, the development of professional division of labor and the self-development of personality, and the improvement of personality. Gradually moving towards unity. From the theoretical dimension of personality development and career choice, personality development is consistent with career choice in the realization of human needs and value goals and its process, and there are differences, opposites and contradictions between personality development and career choice. In reality, the society creates the conditions for the individual development, and the individual contributes to the social development, and the optimization of the relationship between the two is to find its balance point. That is, to choose a suitable individual to create personality and to maximize the development of this personality. In this process, the individual not only develops his personality, but also can make the best contribution to the society through his occupation, and realize the value of life well. From the point of view of China's contemporary national conditions, personality development and career choice face some problems and difficulties: there are contradictions between professional development and personality development, especially the problem of value conflict, and the free transformation of career choice is under the existing system. There are difficulties and challenges. This originates from the contradiction between the undeveloped productive forces and the freedom of personality and the division of occupation. To solve this problem, it is necessary to reform the system, break down the social barrier of personality development, create material conditions for the rational development of personality, and promote the development of the whole society.
