马克思人的全面发展理论视域下的辽宁省建平县新农村文化建设研究

【摘要】：马克思人的全面发展理论是其历史唯物主义的重要组成部分,促进每个人自由而全面的发展是马克思一生追求的目标。中国共产党一贯重视人的全面发展,建设中国特色社会主义的过程,就是实践和发展马克思人的全面发展理论的过程。社会主义新农村建设作为中国特色社会主义建设的重要组成部分,其最终目的是实现农民的全面发展。实现人的全面发展,客观上需具备多方面条件,其中文化就是一个不可缺少的条件。人的全面发展不仅要有丰富的物质文明基础,还要有发达的精神文明基础。因此我们在新农村建设过程中,要不断加强新农村文化建设,满足农民群众日益增长的精神文化需求,使农民在物质世界不断丰富的同时,精神世界也更加充实,自身素质不断提高,实现其全面发展。本文选取辽宁省建平县为调研对象,力图以马克思人的全面发展理论与社会主义新农村文化建设理论为理论指导,就如何推进建平县新农村文化建设,实现农民全面发展问题进行探析。全文共分为四章。第一章为绪论部分,阐述了选题缘由、研究意义和研究相关动态。第二章对马克思人的全面发展理论和社会主义新农村文化建设理论进行了概述,在此基础上,对社会主义新农村文化建设与人的全面发展的辩证关系进行了深入剖析,指出二者是双向生成、相互促进的关系。第三章联系辽宁省建平县实际,对当地新农村文化建设现状进行了积极探索。辽宁省建平县历史悠久、民风淳朴,是“中华文明的曙光”——红山文化的诞生地；境内保存了大量古朴的民风民俗和历史文化遗产,极富古文化魅力。近年来,建平县按照“生产发展、生活富裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的要求,深入开展新农村文化建设,广大农村精神文明建设呈现出良好的发展态势,农民群众的思想观念和精神风貌发生了可喜变化；但受各种因素的影响,该地区新农村文化建设仍存在一些的问题,阻碍了农民全面发展的实现。第四章针对建平县新农村文化建设存在的问题,围绕促进人的全面发展,提出了加强建平县新农村文化建设的对策。文章认为,促进人的全面发展是社会主义新农村文化建设的着眼点,贯穿于新村文化建设的各个方面。建平县要从思想认识、资金投入、人才培养、农村教育等方面着手,号召全县人民共同努力推进新农村文化建设进程,为最终实现人的全面发展创造条件。
[Abstract]:Marx's theory of man's all-round development is an important part of his historical materialism, and promoting the free and comprehensive development of everyone is the goal that Marx pursues in his whole life. The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to the all-round development of human beings and the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is the process of practicing and developing Marx's theory of all-round development of human beings. As an important part of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics, the ultimate goal of the construction of new socialist countryside is to realize the all-round development of farmers. In order to realize the all-round development of human beings, it is necessary to have many conditions objectively, among which culture is an indispensable condition. The overall development of human beings should not only have a rich material civilization foundation, but also a developed spiritual civilization foundation. Therefore, in the process of building a new countryside, we should constantly strengthen the cultural construction of the new countryside, meet the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the peasants, and make the peasants enrich the spiritual world while the material world is constantly rich. Oneself quality improves ceaselessly, realize its all-round development. This article selects Jianping County of Liaoning Province as the research object, tries hard to take Marx's theory of people's all-round development and the theory of socialist new rural cultural construction as the theoretical guidance, on how to promote the new rural cultural construction of Jianping County. The problem that realizes farmer all-round development carries on an analysis. The full text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, which explains the reason of the topic, the significance of the research and the related trends. The second chapter summarizes Marx's theory of all-round development of human beings and the theory of cultural construction of new socialist countryside. On this basis, the dialectical relationship between the cultural construction of new socialist countryside and the all-round development of human beings is deeply analyzed. It is pointed out that the relationship between them is bidirectional and mutually reinforcing. The third chapter explores the present situation of local new rural culture construction according to the reality of Jianping County, Liaoning Province. Jianping County in Liaoning Province has a long history and simple folk style, which is the birthplace of Hongshan Culture, which is the dawn of Chinese civilization. In recent years, in accordance with the requirements of "production development, rich life, local civilization, clean and tidy village appearance, and democratic management", Jianping County has carried out the construction of new rural culture in depth, and the vast number of rural spiritual civilization construction has shown a good development trend. The peasants' ideology and spirit have changed greatly, but due to the influence of various factors, there are still some problems in the cultural construction of the new countryside in this area, which hinders the realization of the farmers' all-round development. In the fourth chapter, aiming at the problems existing in the construction of the new rural culture in Jianping County, the author puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the cultural construction of the new countryside in Jianping County around the promotion of the all-round development of human beings. The article holds that promoting the all-round development of people is the starting point of the cultural construction of the new socialist countryside and runs through all aspects of the cultural construction of the new village. Jianping County should start from the aspects of ideological understanding, capital investment, talent training and rural education, and call on the people of the whole county to make joint efforts to promote the process of new rural cultural construction so as to create conditions for the ultimate realization of the all-round development of human beings.
