马克思的公平正义观及时代价值

【摘要】：马克思在唯物史观基础上对资本主义公平正义观进行了深刻解析和批判,指出其所追求的只是形式上的公平正义。马克思的公平正义观的内涵是通过社会主义革命推翻建立在私有制基础上的资产阶级统治,在没有剥削、没有阶级的共产主义社会里实现实质上的公平正义。将马克思的公平正义观置于当代中国时代背景下的研究将给社会主义市场经济的健康运行、社会主义和谐社会的构建以及社会主义核心价值观的培育与践行以重要启示。
[Abstract]:On the basis of historical materialism, Marx deeply analyzes and criticizes the capitalist view of fairness and justice, and points out that what he pursues is only formal fairness and justice. The connotation of Marx's view of fairness and justice is to overthrow bourgeois rule based on private ownership through socialist revolution and to realize substantive fairness and justice in communist society without exploitation and class. The study of Marx's view of fairness and justice under the background of contemporary China will give important enlightenment to the healthy operation of socialist market economy, the construction of socialist harmonious society and the cultivation and practice of socialist core values.
