胡锦涛“学习观”研究

【摘要】：胡锦涛同志于第十届全国人大第一次会议当选为中华人民共和国主席以来，虽然没有明确地提出学习观的概念，但对科学的学习观有许多重要的论述，做出了突出的贡献。胡锦涛学习观观有着丰富的内容。研究胡锦涛的学习观有利于我们更好的把握建立学习型政党、学习型政府、学习型社会的内涵，建设和谐社会。科学的学习观对于人才的成长、社会的进步都有着重要的意义。胡锦涛同志始终坚持马克思主义思想的指导地位并以之指导自己的思想和行动，通过对列宁斯大林以及我国前三代领导集体核心的学习观的学习，并借鉴了古今中外优秀的学习观点，，在不断的学习、思考、实践中逐步形成其学习观。胡锦涛“学习观”有着丰富的内容：以强国强民，提高国际竞争力为学习目标；以勤于学习、善于发问、理论联系实际为学习方法；以紧密联系国情、紧密联系改革和发展中出现的新情况新问题、紧密联系正确的人生观价值观、紧密联系广大人民根本利益为学习原则。其鲜明的特点体现在：在学风上具有严谨性；在学习对象上提倡表率性；在学习重点上具有明确性；在学习内容上提倡创新性。党的十六大以来，胡锦涛同志号召全体党员加强学习，用创新力求改革的新思想去实施学习型政党的建设。党的十六大报告指出,要“形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会,促进人的全面发展”。建设学习型社会,必然要求把中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心——中国共产党建设成学习型政党。因此,党的十六届四中全会明确要求“重点抓好领导干部的理论和业务学习,带动全党的学习,努力建设学习型政党”。这也是胡锦涛同志“学习观”与实际相结合的重要体现。
[Abstract]:Since Comrade Hu Jintao was elected president of the people's Republic of China at the first session of the 10th National people's Congress, although he has not clearly put forward the concept of learning view, he has made many important discussions and made outstanding contributions to the scientific view of learning. Hu Jintao's view of learning is rich in content. The study of Hu Jintao's view of learning is helpful for us to better grasp the connotation of establishing learning party, learning government and learning society, and building a harmonious society. Scientific view of learning is of great significance to the growth of talents and the progress of society. Comrade Hu Jintao has always adhered to the guiding position of Marxist thought and guided his own thoughts and actions. Through the study of Lenin Stalin and the core learning view of the first three generations of leading collectives in China, and drawing lessons from the excellent learning viewpoints at all times and in all over the world, Comrade Hu Jintao gradually formed his learning view in continuous study, thinking and practice. Hu Jintao's "view of learning" has rich contents: taking strengthening the country and strengthening the people and improving international competitiveness as the learning goal; taking diligence in learning, being good at asking questions and connecting theory with practice as the learning method; closely connecting with the national conditions, closely connecting with the new situation and new problems in the process of reform and development, closely connecting with the correct outlook on life values, and closely connecting with the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people as the learning principles. Its distinctive characteristics are as follows: preciseness in the style of study; exemplary in the object of study; clarity in the focus of learning; and innovation in the content of learning. Since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Comrade Hu Jintao has called on all party members to strengthen their study and implement the construction of learning-oriented party with the new idea of innovation and reform. The report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) pointed out that it is necessary to "form a learning society of learning for the whole people and lifelong learning, and promote the all-round development of human beings." To build a learning society, the Communist Party of China, the leading core of socialism with Chinese characteristics, must be built into a learning party. Therefore, the fourth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee clearly demands that "focus on the theoretical and professional study of leading cadres, promote the study of the whole party, and strive to build a learning party." This is also an important embodiment of Comrade Hu Jintao's view of learning and practice.
