福建省人口老龄化对消费结构的影响研究

【摘要】：人口老龄化是当今世界许多国家普遍面临的问题之一,是一把双刃剑,如果不重视它将会给整个社会经济带来巨大的危机,但是如果处理得当的话,不仅能够使得老年人口受益,还有助于整个社会经济的发展。虽然相比于上海、江苏等发达地区,福建省当前的人口老龄化程度没有那么严峻,但是根据近些年来的人口数据显示,福建省人口老龄化程度正在不断加剧,继而对福建省社会和经济的各个方面都产生了巨大影响,而消费结构的变化正是其中的影响之一。由于老年人口的消费需求与其他年龄段消费群体具有显著不同,随着福建省老年人口比重愈加增大,老年人口自身在消费上所具有的消费需求特点将对消费结构的变动具有导向作用,这将严重影响到福建省消费结构的转变。因而本文选择老龄化对福建省消费结构的影响作为此次研究的方向。本文首先根据福建省统计年鉴的基础数据,概括分析福建省人口老龄化和消费结构现状,对福建省人口老龄化和消费结构的发展进行概述,并对福建省近些年来人口老龄化和消费结构变化中呈现出的特点进行描述。然后围绕人口老龄化对福建省消费结构的影响展开详细分析,具体包括了三个部分：第一部分梳理福建省老年人口不同于其他年龄段消费群体的消费需求特征；第二部分分析福建省老年人口影响消费结构途径,以此论证人口老龄化加剧将对福建省的消费结构产生冲击；第三部分进行福建省人口老龄化对消费结构影响的实证分析。基于研究数据不具有典型分布规律、灰度较大,本文选取了更具有适用性的灰色关联度分析法作为此次文章在实证部分的分析方法,通过实证分析研究得出了福建省老年人口在八类消费支出上具有的不同影响。最后,本文在前文分析的基础上,为促进福建省人口老龄化与消费结构之间相互协调发展提出三点政策建议,包括了要大力发展“银发产业”,其中具体以开发老年人的旅游、教育、医疗服务、食品和养老服务产业作为促进老龄产业发展的切入点、进一步完善老年人医疗、社会养老保障体系和合理挖掘老年人口红利。
[Abstract]:Population aging is one of the common problems facing many countries in the world today. It is a double-edged sword. If we do not attach importance to it, it will bring a huge crisis to the whole society and economy, but if handled properly,Not only can make the elderly population benefit, but also contribute to the development of the whole society and economy.Although the current level of population aging in Fujian Province is less severe than in Shanghai, Jiangsu and other developed regions, according to population data in recent years, Fujian Province's population aging level is continuously increasing.The change of consumption structure is one of the great influences on the social and economic aspects of Fujian Province.As the consumption needs of the elderly population are significantly different from those of other age groups, with the increasing proportion of the elderly population in Fujian Province,The characteristics of consumption demand of the elderly population itself will have a guiding effect on the change of consumption structure, which will seriously affect the change of consumption structure in Fujian Province.Therefore, this paper chooses the influence of aging on the consumption structure of Fujian Province as the direction of this study.Based on the basic data of Fujian Province Statistical Yearbook, this paper analyzes the current situation of population aging and consumption structure in Fujian Province, and summarizes the development of population aging and consumption structure in Fujian Province.The characteristics of population aging and consumption structure changes in Fujian Province in recent years are described.Then the influence of population aging on the consumption structure of Fujian Province is analyzed in detail, including three parts: the first part combs the characteristics of consumption demand of the elderly population in Fujian Province, which is different from other consumer groups of different age groups;The second part analyzes the influence of the elderly population on the consumption structure of Fujian Province, so as to prove that the aging of the population will impact on the consumption structure of Fujian Province; the third part of the empirical analysis of the impact of population aging on the consumption structure of Fujian Province.Based on the fact that the research data has no typical distribution law and the gray scale is large, this paper chooses the more applicable grey correlation analysis method as the analysis method in the empirical part of this paper.Through the empirical analysis, the paper draws the conclusion that the elderly population in Fujian Province has different influences on the eight kinds of consumer expenditure.Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, this paper puts forward three policy suggestions for promoting the coordinated development between population aging and consumption structure in Fujian Province, including the development of "silver hair industry", specifically to develop tourism for the elderly.Education, medical service, food and old-age service industry as the starting point to promote the development of aging industry, further improve the elderly medical care, social pension security system and reasonable exploitation of the elderly population dividend.
