要素集聚的产业地理效应

【摘要】：基于空间经济学理论,阐释了要素集聚的产业地理效应。要素集聚产生循环累积因果效应,形成产业区位;特定区位的要素集聚达到一定规模后产生拥塞效应,驱动产业转移;要素集聚与分散产生资源空间配置效应,形成多层级中心—外围的产业空间结构;而中心—外围的城市映射效应导致城市分层,并通过一定的产业关联形成城市层级体系。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of spatial economics, this paper explains the industrial geographical effect of factor agglomeration. Factor agglomeration produces circular cumulative causality effect, forming industrial location; factor agglomeration of specific location produces congestion effect when it reaches a certain scale, which drives industrial transfer; factor agglomeration and dispersion produce resource spatial allocation effect, The multi-level center-periphery industrial spatial structure is formed, and the center-periphery city mapping effect leads to the stratification of the city and the formation of the urban hierarchy system through a certain industrial association.
