生产力发展和人口老龄化趋势研究——关于我国人口老龄化问题的思考

【摘要】：老龄化社会是生产力发展到一定阶段的产物,是世界人口发展的必然趋势。按国际惯例和通行标准,60周岁及其以上的老年人在总人口中所占的比例超过10%,或65周岁及其以上的老年人在总人口中所占的比例超过7%,便称为老龄化社会。目前,在全世界190多个国家和地区中,已有60多个进入老龄化社会。根据《中共中央、国务院关于加强老龄工作的决定》(中发[2000]13号文)的内容和数据资料显示,我国已于2000年进入老龄化社会。本文主要阐述四个方面的问题:(1)21世纪我国生产力发展与人口老龄化趋势;(2)正确认识社会生产力的发展与人口老龄化的辩证关系;(3)从社会生产力的发展去把握人口老龄化的问题;(4)当前认识和解决老龄化社会问题的对策和思路。
[Abstract]:The aging society is the product of the development of the productive forces to a certain stage. It is the inevitable trend of the development of the population in the world. According to international practice and standard, the proportion of older people aged 60 and above is more than 10%, or the proportion of older people aged 65 or more in the total population is over 7%, which is called the aging society. At present, more than 60 of the more than 190 countries and regions all over the world have entered the aging society. According to the contents and data of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council's decision on strengthening the work on Aging ([2000]13), China has entered an aging society in 2000. This article mainly expounds four aspects: (1) our country in twenty-first Century. The development of productive forces and the trend of population aging; (2) a correct understanding of the dialectical relationship between the development of social productivity and the aging of the population; (3) to grasp the problem of population aging from the development of social productive forces; (4) the countermeasures and thinking ways to understand and solve the problems of aging society.
