土地城镇化与人口城镇化协调性及影响因素研究——基于省级面板数据的分析

【摘要】：文章构建土地城镇化与人口城镇化的协调度指标,衡量全国和各省区的土地城镇化与人口城镇化协调发展程度,并通过模型量化其影响因素的具体效应。研究表明我国近二十年来,全国土地城镇化与人口城镇化的发展基本不协调,土地城镇化远远快于人口城镇化;通过对省级面板数据的研究发现,在过去十年的时间里,大多数省份基本协调的年份只有一半左右,而且东部地区的协调度还不及中、西部地区;通过定量研究,发现影响土地城镇化与人口城镇化发展不协调的主要因素是产业结构,而地区经济发展水平和城乡收入差距也是其影响因素之一,但作用没有产业结构明显,经济开放程度影响最少。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs the coordination index of land urbanization and population urbanization, measures the coordinated development of land urbanization and population urbanization in the whole country and every province, and quantifies the concrete effect of the influencing factors through the model. The research shows that the development of land urbanization and population urbanization is basically out of harmony in China in the past two decades, and the urbanization of land is much faster than the urbanization of population. Through the study of provincial panel data, it is found that, in the past ten years, Most provinces have only about half of the year of basic coordination, and the degree of coordination in the eastern region is not as good as that in the western region. Through quantitative research, it is found that the main factor affecting the uncoordinated development of land urbanization and population urbanization is the industrial structure. The level of regional economic development and the income gap between urban and rural areas are also one of the factors, but the role of the industrial structure is not obvious, and the degree of economic opening has the least impact.
