【摘要】：正我国现有的人口调控方式目前,针对许多城市出现的城市规模膨胀、人口畸形集中、贫富差距扩大、环境污染加剧、交通拥堵严重等城市病,包括政府在内的社会各方都将其归因于人多,从而在实践中产生了直接的行政限制和间接的经济疏导两种人口调控方式。直接的行政限制方式主要是通过设置门槛控制流动人口进入,通常采用与福利保障相捆绑的户籍制度来达
[Abstract]:At present, in view of the expansion of urban scale, the concentration of population anomalies, the widening gap between the rich and the poor, the worsening of environmental pollution, the serious traffic congestion and other urban diseases in many cities, the existing ways of population control in China are now. All social parties, including the government, attribute it to the large number of people, which has resulted in direct administrative restrictions and indirect economic diversion in the practice of population regulation and control. The direct way of administrative restriction is mainly by setting a threshold to control the entry of the floating population, usually through the household registration system bundled with welfare protection.
