【摘要】：“大跃进”以及三年困难时期,由于粮食和副食品的短缺,因而造成了全国性的大饥荒。再加上当时严重的左倾错误,这些不仅对我国的国民经济产生了严重的影响,更是严重的影响了婚姻和家庭状况,从而对中国人口的生育、死亡、迁移以及发展产生了严重的影响。这主要表现在以下几方面:三年困难导致结婚率的下降,家庭规模的缩小和家庭总量的减少,从而造成了生育率的下降;三年的困难时期使死亡人口上升;三年困难时期人口自然增长率下降;三年困难时期人口总量呈现出减少的趋势。1960年人口比上一年净减少1000万年,这是新中国成立以来人口唯一负增长的年份。 “大跃进”以及三年困难时期是新中国成立以来中国人口的特殊发展时期。这个时期的人口问题不仅仅是在人口的数量上产生了巨大变化,而且在人口的质量和结构上也有一定的影响。研究这一时期的社会状况、人口发展态势,不仅使我们更加深刻的了解当时社会的人口状况,而且对以后中国社会人口工作的开展、人口政策的制定与执行都有更为深远的理论与实践意义。本文采取文献研究的方法。通过查阅、搜集全国与各省在“三年困难”时期及其前后几年的人口统计数据和大量相关资料,通过对所得数据和资料进行分类、汇总,并将这一时期全国人口数据资料与其前后的人口数据进行比较分析,得出“三年困难”时期全国人口的特点。

Based on the study of literature , the author collects the population statistic data and the large amount of relevant information in the period of " three years difficult " and several years before and after the whole country and every province . Through the classification and summarization of the data and data obtained , this paper makes a comparative analysis of the population data of the whole country and the population data before and after it , and obtains the characteristics of the whole population during the three - year period .
