老龄化、隔代抚育与农村劳动力迁移——基于微观家庭决策视角的研究

【摘要】：文章基于微观家庭决策视角构建劳动力迁移模型,探究了老龄化对农村劳动力外出就业的影响,利用中国家庭追踪调查数据进行了实证分析。研究发现,若只考虑就业挤出效应,老龄化会抑制农村劳动力迁移,而若老年人从事隔代抚育则会促进农村劳动力外出就业。中低龄、女性和健康老年人提供了更多的隔代抚育,老龄化对年轻、男性和高学历农村劳动力的影响更小,养老抚幼责任主要由年长、女性和高中以下学历的劳动力承担,隔代抚育对劳动力迁移的促进效应主要作用于年轻和低学历劳动力。分析结果还显示,养老压力对我国农村劳动力迁移的负效应自东向西逐渐减小,对资产水平较低的底层家庭影响更为显著。
[Abstract]:Based on the micro family decision-making perspective, this paper constructs a labor migration model, explores the impact of aging on rural labor force out employment, and makes an empirical analysis by using the Chinese family tracking survey data. It is found that if only the effect of employment crowding out is considered, aging will restrain the migration of rural labor force, while if the elderly are engaged in the care of other generations, it will promote the rural labor force to go out for employment. In the middle and low ages, women and the healthy elderly provide more intergenerational care. Ageing has less impact on young, male and highly educated rural labor force. The responsibility for caring for the aged and the children is mainly borne by the older, female, and post-high school educated labor force. The promoting effect of intergenerational upbringing on labor migration mainly affects young and low-educated labor force. The results also show that the negative effects of old-age pressure on rural labor migration gradually decrease from east to west, and it has more significant impact on the bottom families with lower asset level.
