【摘要】：正中国经济经过改革开放30多年的快速发展,已成为世界第二大经济实体,面临产业升级和结构调整的巨大压力。虽然提高经济效益、转变经济增长方式、转变经济发展方式已被提出多年,但是收效并不显著,数量扩张型经济增长仍是发展的主旋律。
