基于GIS的新疆经济重心、人口重心与消费重心的空间迁移研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来，我国地区经济发展差距问题日趋显著，大量学术研究成果涉及区域经济发展差距现状、成因、演变趋势及调控措施等方面。其中一些专家运用经济重心研究我国区域经济发展差异及其演变机制，并对以往区域经济发展政策进行了经验分析。这些研究成果深刻地揭示了我国区域经济格局的历史演变历程，为进一步探讨更加有效、合理的区域经济协调发展政策提供重要的理论支持。“十二五”时期，新疆将被建设成为我国西部强区和可持续发展的重要示范地区。通过对新疆经济重心的研究，可以更好地把握新疆经济发展的脉搏，为新疆“十二五”发展制定区域政策提供科学依据。本文的研究思路是以区域重心模型和计算为基础，运用区域经济学、人口分布理论、地理信息系统等知识、基本原理和方法，从建国以来新疆经济重心、产业重心、人口重心和消费重心的空间迁移入手，利用地理信息系统和GIS10.0软件绘制出一系列直观的重心变化的轨迹并分析变化产生的原因，通过对区域重心的分析来研究新疆区域经济差异的演变，从而为制定新疆经济社会发展政策和发展规划提供决策依据。本文主要采用了理论分析与实证分析相结合、定性分析与比较分析相结合、静态分析方法和动态分析方法相结合等研究方法。创新性地在研究路线上在GIS专题制图功能支持下，利用图形数据库和经济、人口统计数据库、经济重心和人口重心数据库等属性数据库，在GIS10.0软件下打开新疆维吾尔自治区行政区划图，将不同年份经济重心和人口重心叠加到行政区划图上，进行属性数据空间可视化，得到新疆各区域重心动态转移轨迹图。基于以上背景和已有研究成果，本文具体分析了新疆的经济重心、人口重心、产业重心和消费重心的演变轨迹，通过各重心的比较分析思考如何制定有效的人口、产业等区域政策来促进新疆区域协调发展。本文的研究共分七个部分，第一部分导论提出了文章的研究背景和意义、研究思路和方法等；第二部分简要说明了经济重心的内涵、理论基础和测度方法，初步梳理了以往的研究成果，并总结了相关研究内容；第三部分测度和分析了新疆经济重心的历史演变轨迹，并从三次产业角度分解分析了经济重心；第四部分对新疆人口重心的演变轨迹进行测度和描绘，并对体现出的区域经济差异展开分析；第五部分对新疆消费重心的演变轨迹进行测度和描绘并得出一些结论；第六部分将经济重心分别与人口重心、产业重心、消费重心进行对比分析；第七部分为结论与政策建议，该部分既是对前面研究的总结，同时也根据研究结论提出一些政策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the gap of regional economic development has become more and more prominent in China. A large number of academic research results are related to the current situation, causes, evolution trend and control measures of regional economic development gap. Some experts use the economic center of gravity to study the regional economic development difference and its evolution mechanism in China, and carry on the experience analysis to the past regional economic development policy. These results deeply reveal the historical evolution of the regional economic pattern in China and provide important theoretical support for further discussion of more effective and rational policies for coordinated development of regional economy. During the twelfth five-year plan period, Xinjiang will be built into a strong area in western China and an important demonstration area for sustainable development. Through the study of Xinjiang's economic center of gravity, we can better grasp the pulse of Xinjiang's economic development and provide scientific basis for Xinjiang's 12th Five-Year Plan to formulate regional policies. The research idea of this paper is based on the regional gravity center model and calculation, using regional economics, population distribution theory, geographical information system and other knowledge, basic principles and methods, from the founding of Xinjiang economic center of gravity, industrial center of gravity. Starting with the spatial migration of population center of gravity and center of gravity of consumption, using GIS and GIS10.0 software to draw a series of intuitionistic trajectory of center of gravity change and analyze the reason of change. Through the analysis of the regional center of gravity, this paper studies the evolution of the regional economic differences in Xinjiang, thus providing the decision basis for the formulation of economic and social development policies and development plans in Xinjiang. This paper mainly adopts the research methods such as theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and comparative analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis. Innovatively, with the support of GIS thematic mapping function, using the graphic database and attribute database, such as economy, population statistics database, economic center of gravity and population center of gravity database, etc. The administrative division map of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region is opened under the GIS10.0 software, and the economic gravity center and population gravity center of different years are superimposed on the administrative division map, and the spatial visualization of attribute data is carried out, and the dynamic transfer track map of the regional gravity center in Xinjiang is obtained. Based on the above background and existing research results, this paper concretely analyzes the evolution of Xinjiang's economic center, population center, industry center and consumption center, and through the comparative analysis of each center of gravity, we think about how to formulate an effective population. Industry and other regional policies to promote regional coordination in Xinjiang. This paper is divided into seven parts, the first part of the introduction proposed the research background and significance of the article, research ideas and methods; The second part briefly explains the connotation of the economic center of gravity, theoretical basis and measurement methods, combing the previous research results, and summarizes the relevant research content; The third part measures and analyzes the historical evolution of Xinjiang's economic gravity center, and analyzes the economic gravity center from the perspective of three industries. The fourth part measures and depicts the evolution of Xinjiang population center of gravity, and analyzes the regional economic differences, the fifth part measures and depicts the evolution of the center of gravity of consumption in Xinjiang and draws some conclusions. The sixth part compares the economic gravity center with the population gravity center, the industrial gravity center and the consumption center. The seventh part is the conclusion and policy recommendations, which is not only a summary of the previous studies, but also some policy recommendations based on the conclusions.
