【摘要】：正宫前村位于粤东红海湾和碣石湾交界的突出部,素称"粤东麒麟角"。该村是渔业村,辖2个自然村,住户428户,人口2268人,年人均收入5550元。海岸线长8.2公里,海陆交通便捷,陆上距深汕高速公路30公里,海上距国际航线12海里。辖区内拥有南澳旅游区、省海上运动中心和全国重点群众渔港——遮浪渔港,遮浪岛的航标灯塔可为大型船只导航。该村是第16届亚运会汕尾赛区帆船比赛项赛场所在地。近年来,宫前村全面贯彻实践科学发展观,落实市、区提出
