【摘要】：正裴端卿,研究员,现任中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院院长,中央电视台"2015年度十大科技创新人物"胚胎干细胞被医学界称为"万用细胞",它存在于胚胎中,获取难度较大,而且涉及到伦理问题。近年来诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cells,i PS)技术的出现,将体细胞诱导培育成胚胎干细胞状态,可以作为胚胎干细胞最好的替代品用于科学研究和临床治疗。在干细胞领域半路出家的裴端卿,凭借扎实的学科基础及浓厚的
[Abstract]:Zheng Pei Duanqing, a researcher, is now president of the Guangzhou Institute of Biomedicine and Health of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the embryonic stem cell, the top 10 scientific and technological innovators of the year 2015 on CCTV, is called "universal cell" by the medical world, and it exists in embryos. Acquisition is difficult and involves ethical issues. In recent years, induced pluripotent stem cells (induced pluripotent stem cells,i PS) technology has been developed to induce somatic cells into embryonic stem cells, which can be used as the best substitute for embryonic stem cells for scientific research and clinical treatment.
