中哈经贸合作与哈萨克斯坦农业研究

在亚洲中部位置的哈萨克斯坦国,作为世界上最大的内陆国。哈萨克斯坦,资源丰富,国内不断追求政治和经济的稳定和飞速发展。哈萨克斯坦作为中亚地区面积最大的国家,与中国有1700公里的陆上边界线,两国在各个贸易合作等方面存在这巨大的发展空间,尤其是农业资源和农产品市场等方面,大力发展中哈农业经贸合作关系,对两国农业的健康稳定快速的发展都有重要意义。自1978年中国实行改革开放以来,市场经济快速发展,农业生产力也得到前所未有的提高,农产品市场已由过去的“卖方市场”发展成为“买方市场”,与此同时,中国农业的发展不仅受到资源的约束,还受到市场的约束。自中国加入WTO后,伴随着全球经济一体化的进程,中国的经济快速融入世界经济当中。充分调动国际资源市场,农业经贸合作已成为中国重点合作领域之一。针对中哈两国在贸易合作发展的历史、现状和未来,论文从合作的背景出发,指出两国贸易合作有着较为坚实的政治和经济合作基础,都存在着迫切的合作意愿,同时也分析了在现有条件下合作的障碍;论文又从供给的视角在揭示了两国各自在贸易合作领域,尤其是农业生产要素及农产品领域现实差异表现,表明两国农业经贸合作存在着客观要求;同时在分...
