摘要：

本文从社会保障转移支付的角度来研究发达地区城镇居民收入差距的问题。文章利用1991-2008年间江苏省城镇居民收入和社会保障支出的数据等进行分析,利用格兰杰因果检验等发现社会保障支出与居民收入差距不存在明显的因果关系,进而利用总收入的基尼系数和剔除社会保障转移性收入的基尼系数的对比分析,发现目前的社会保障体系没有有效地起到降低居民收入差距的作用,相反在部分年间,反倒加剧了居民之间的收入差距。

Abstract： 

The paper analyses the income gap of urban residuals in the developed areas in China from the point of view of social security transfer.Based on the data of urban income and social security expenditure of Jiangsu province from 1991 to 2008,it finds that there is no obvious causality between social security expenditure and income gap by means of Granger causality test.Then it comparatively analyses gini coefficients of total income and the ones by eliminating social security income.Results show current socia...
