【摘要】：随着我国社会政治经济的快速发展,越来越多的农村及城市落后社区的青壮年劳动力走入城市,那么在广大地区也随之产生了一个特殊的未成年人群体——留守儿童。留守儿童问题,是我国城乡二元体制的一个衍生物。本文主要以合肥市海恒社区的留守儿童在文化教育、心理健康、社会侵害等方面的内容作为调查和分析的重点,发现该社区区的留守儿童普遍存在与父母关系紧张、生理与心理健康欠佳、容易受到社会上的各种侵害等问题。本文主要提出留守儿童问题的严峻性与解决该问题的重要性,有针对性地提出解决留守儿童问题的一些构想与对策,从而更新社会与家长对留守儿童问题的认识,使社会及广大家长广泛关注留守儿童。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social and political economy, more and more rural and city community behind the young labor force into the city, then in the vast areas also have a special group of minors - left-behind children. Left-behind children, is a derivative of China's urban and rural areas two yuan system. This paper mainly in Hefei Haiheng left-behind children in community education, mental health, social and other aspects of the infringement as the investigation and analysis of the key areas of the community, found that the tension behind widespread child relation with parents, physical and mental health is poor, vulnerable to all sorts of infringement problems. This paper put forward the problem of left-behind children to solve the problem of serious and the importance to solve some ideas and Countermeasures of left-behind children problems, so as to update the society and the parents of the children left behind The understanding of the problem of children makes the society and the majority of parents pay attention to the left behind children.
