【摘要】：随着社会工作专业化及职业化进程的稳步推进,社会工作者在残疾人服务领域中提供大量专业性服务工作,在一定程度上对帮助残疾人恢复自信、回归社会起到了关键性的作用。作为本文的主要研究对象,智障服务机构的社会工作者服务于社会的弱势群体,社会对他们的工作有认同、有争议、也有思考。关注这个职业的工作者,对其职业幸福感的系统研究不仅有利于智障服务机构社会工作者队伍的人才构建,更从整个宏观层面促进社会工作人力资源开发与管理的战略管理及本专业的健康发展。笔者在进行了充分的前期资料搜集和整理的基础上,对西安部分智障服务机构进行了细致的走访和调研。在实践过程中,对此类机构中的社会工作者进行了不同形式的访谈,通过走访了解他们的工作环境、工作内容、工作的自我评价、工作的社会评价等方面内容并得出这样的结论：影响智障服务机构社会工作者职业幸福感的因素主要有服务机构、社会支持以及工作动机三大方面,具体涉及机构状况、福利待遇、团队氛围、家庭支持、社会认可、个人认知、需求及其他因素。本文通过分析以上因素如何影响智障服务机构社会工作者的职业幸福感并根据于此提出相关有效建议,以提高智障服务机构社会工作者职业幸福感,包括社会倡导平等看待残疾人及其相关工作,加强对智障服务机构社会工作的政策支持,加强智障服务机构对提升社会工作者职业幸福感等措施,并从智障服务机构社会工作者自身出发,提高自我,综合各方面努力,提高智障服务机构社会工作者职业幸福感。
[Abstract]:With the steady progress of the professionalization and professionalization of social work, social workers provide a large number of professional services in the field of services for the disabled, to a certain extent, to help the disabled recover their self-confidence.
