【摘要】：正"横漂"是指从全国各地集中到浙江东阳横店影视城投身影视事业的外来人员。2010年以来,在横店演员公会注册的"横漂"群体有4万人,是繁荣发展文艺事业的重要基础力量,具有独特的群体心态。(一)"横漂"新文艺群体的社会心态特征1.积极心态方面一是怀梦追梦。他们以青年演员为主,35岁以下占82%;文化素养偏低,大专以上学历的仅占10.5%。他们普遍怀揣着演员梦、明星梦,有60.8%的"横漂"表示是为了追求艺术梦而来,92.1%的"横漂"表示"愿意为演艺事业奋斗终生"。二
