社会资本视域中的留城农民工问题研究

【摘要】：当农村的土地变得越来越少,当农民种地变得越来越容易,农村剩余劳动力越来越多；而物价的飞速增长,使得只能靠天靠地吃饭的农民也要出门寻求一条出路,以便更好的养家糊口；当一拨又一拨的农民离开农村家园奔向城市,农民工的称谓就随之而来；而当城市优越的条件挽住了农民工回家的脚步,“留城”一词冠在了他们身上；越来越多的留城农民工进驻城市,众多新鲜话题油然而生,而留城农民工的问题,也越来越的受到所有人的关注。如今,留城农民工已作为特殊的群体在社会多个领域中扮演着重要的角色,其在城市生活的现状、工作现状从某种意义上反应出了一定的社会问题。“社会资本”一词犹如“留城农民工”一样新鲜,它作为一种特殊的资本存在,也越来越多的受到学者们的关注；从不同的角度审视留城农民工问题,所得出的结论也是不一样的。本文首先对社会资本视域和留城农民工在概念上做了界定,然后通过社会资本视域观察留城农民工问题,并结合现实,现状及相关政策制度对其进行研究；通过理论与实践相结合的方式,来关注当今社会最为人们所关注的留城农民工问题,并通过发现留城农民工现存的问题,对其加以分析,进一步提出一些解决问题的建议,发掘社会资本在整个社会发展中的作用以及留城农民工在社会建设中的作用,引起相关人员的重视,完善社会制度,进而促进社会和谐发展,以便更好的改善留城农民工的生活工作条件,从而更好的建设城市,建设家园。
[Abstract]:As the land in the countryside became less and less, when it became easier for farmers to farm, the surplus labor in the countryside became more and more; and with the rapid increase in prices, farmers who had to rely on heaven and earth to feed themselves had to go out to find a way out. In order to better support the family; when a group of farmers left their rural homes to the city, the title of migrant workers followed; and when the city's superior conditions hold the steps of migrant workers home, the word "stay in the city" in them; More and more urban migrant workers are stationed in the city, many new topics arise spontaneously, and the problem of migrant workers staying in the city has been paid more and more attention to by everyone. As a special group, migrant workers have played an important role in many fields of society. The present situation of work reflects certain social problems in a sense. The word "social capital" is as fresh as "migrant workers staying in the city". As a kind of special capital, it has been paid more and more attention by scholars. The conclusion is also different from different angles. Firstly, this paper defines the concept of social capital and migrant workers, and then through the perspective of social capital to observe the problem of migrant workers in the city. And combined with reality, current situation and related policies and systems to study it; through the combination of theory and practice, to pay attention to the problem of migrant workers who stay in the city, and through the discovery of the existing problems of migrant workers in the city. It is analyzed, some suggestions to solve the problem are put forward, the role of social capital in the whole social development and the role of migrant workers staying in the city in the social construction are explored, which arouse the attention of relevant personnel and perfect the social system. And then promote the harmonious development of society, in order to better improve the living and working conditions of migrant workers in the city, so as to better the construction of cities, construction of homes.
