社会网络关系对团队情境意识影响的实验分析

【摘要】：情境意识是自然决策的重要组成部分之一,其对团队决策及表现有着重要的影响.研究选取中国人民武装警察部队学院消防指挥系的学员作为研究被试进行实验研究.研究进行了社会网络关系的调研,利用对数线性模型求得相对关系中的关系测量值,并测量了网络中的结构洞;利用SART量表对成员们在救援任务中的情境意识进行了测量;同时采用SALIANT测量方法对实验小组的团队情境意识进行了测量.在此基础上提出并验证了三个假设:1)成员在团队中占据的结构洞数量越多,其个体情境意识越高;2)应急救援团队中全部成员个体情境意识的平均值与团队情境意识不相关;3)应急救援团队整体结构洞越多,团队情境意识越高.研究填补了情境意识在应急救援领域的理论研究的缺失,同时可以为应急救援人员的选拔和考核、以及应急救援队伍的组建提供理论依据和决策支持.
[Abstract]:Situational awareness is one of the important components of natural decision-making. It has an important influence on team decision-making and performance. The study selected the students of fire command department of the Chinese people's Armed Police Force Academy as subjects to conduct an experimental study. The logarithmic linear model is used to obtain the relative relation measurement value, and the structure hole in the network is measured, and the situational awareness of the members in the rescue task is measured by using the SART scale. At the same time, the team situational awareness of the experimental team was measured by using the SALIANT measurement method. Based on this, the more structural holes the members occupied in the team, the more the number of structural holes occupied by the members of the team was proposed and verified. The higher the individual situational awareness is (2) the average value of the individual situational awareness of all members of the emergency rescue team is not related to the team situational awareness (3) the more holes in the overall structure of the emergency rescue team. The higher the team situational consciousness is, the more the research can fill the deficiency of the theoretical research of situational awareness in the field of emergency rescue, at the same time, it can provide theoretical basis and decision support for the selection and assessment of emergency rescue personnel and the establishment of emergency rescue team.
