情境预防未成年人违法犯罪学习环境的研究与设计

【摘要】:未成年人对法律意识的淡薄及法律知识的普及不到位,很大程度上致使未成年人犯罪。而要学习未成年人相关保护法律,未成年人又感觉力不从心,法律条文枯燥、难懂。近年来,虚拟现实技术在教育领域的运用,丰富并发展了教育方式,它能构建逼真的学习环境,并让学习者体验到真实感。在与情境的交互中,有意义的完成知识的建构,能起到调动学习者的积极性作用。因此,笔者以建构主义等相关理论为基础,研究并设计一个虚拟学习环境,将现实中的情境整合、重构,为学习者提供有意义建构的学习资源。 本研究从课题背景入手,分析了国内外研究现状、探讨了相关理论对开发虚拟学习环境的支持;从教学设计的角度,对前期调研结果、学习者特征、目标、任务确定等方面进行分析;从学习角度,对虚拟学习环境的系统整体设计进行分析;最后,实现了一个实例,并进行了试用、评价,总结存在的问题和不足。 本研究选取初中一年级下册《做知法守法用法的人》这个具体的知识点作为案例,综合运用3DS Max、Poser、virtools等软件技术构建一个将枯燥法律知识变为易懂的交互性动画,使学习者在轻松、愉快的气氛中学习,达到事前预防效果的虚拟学习环境。在初中思想品德教育中,如果多以学生身边的例子为案例,情境再现来使同学参与到教学中,学生会因情境的真实性、有用性激发他们学习的兴趣,从而影响他们的辨别是非的能力,学会寻求保护的方法与措施,达到预防的作用。本研究意在为初中思想品德课程教学方式上做出一点有价值的探索。
[Abstract]:The minor's weak awareness of the law and the lack of popularization of legal knowledge, to a large extent, lead to juvenile delinquency. However, to study the relevant laws on the protection of minors, minors feel unable to do what they can, and the legal provisions are boring. In recent years, the application of virtual reality technology in the field of education has enriched and developed educational methods. It can build a realistic learning environment and allow learners to experience a sense of truthfulness. Therefore, based on the theories of constructivism and other related theories, the author studies and designs a virtual learning environment to integrate and reconstruct the situation in reality. To provide learners with meaningful construction of learning resources. This research begins with the background of the subject, analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, probes into the support of relevant theories to the development of virtual learning environment, and from the perspective of teaching design, studies the results, learner characteristics, goals and objectives. Task determination and other aspects of the analysis; from the perspective of learning, the overall design of the virtual learning environment is analyzed. Finally, an example is implemented, and a trial, evaluation, summarizes the existing problems and shortcomings. This research selects the concrete knowledge point of "do the person who knows the law and uses the law" in the first grade of junior high school as a case study, synthetically uses the software technology such as 3DS MaxX poservir tools to construct an interactive animation that transforms the boring legal knowledge into the easy-to-understand interactive animation. Make learners learn in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and achieve a virtual learning environment with preventive effects in advance. In junior high school ideological and moral education, if the examples around the students are taken as a case, the situation can be reproduced to enable students to participate in the teaching. Students are interested in learning because of the authenticity of the situation, thus affecting their ability to distinguish right from wrong and learning to seek ways and measures to protect them. The purpose of this study is to make a valuable exploration on the teaching methods of the ideological and moral course in junior high school.
