当前需求新变化与三个需要关注的社会议题

【摘要】：当前我国社会已经完成从"生存性需求"向"发展性需求"的升级,在"生存性需求"阶段,发展的核心议题是"生产性努力",解决这一议题的基本框架是"经济——温饱——发展"。在"发展性需求"阶段,"存异·个性化"、"交往·公共性"、"议题·文化化"是新需求带来的三大变化,这些变化带来几个重要的发展难题,即"利益冲突"、"诉求冲突"、"利益集团冲突",如何解决这些冲突,是当前社会发展的新议题。
[Abstract]:At present, our society has completed the upgrade from "survival demand" to "developmental demand", in the stage of "survival demand". The core topic of development is "productive effort", and the basic framework for solving this issue is "economy--food and clothing-development". In the stage of "developmental demand", "existence of difference 路individuation", "communication 路publicity", "topic 路culture" are. The three major changes brought about by the new demand, These changes bring several important development problems, namely, "conflict of interest", "conflict of demands" and "conflict of interest groups". How to resolve these conflicts is a new topic of social development.
