【摘要】：通过梳理国内外城市灾难事件的舆情治理相关研究,考究大数据技术应用于城市舆情风险治理的可行性,进而提出应对城市舆情风险需要转向。既要转变态度,从原来的压制性管控模式向协商共建模式转向;又要转变方式,从舆情出现后的平复手段向舆情出现前和发生时的引导方式转向。
[Abstract]:By combing the relevant research on public opinion governance of urban disaster events at home and abroad, this paper studies the feasibility of applying big data technology to urban public opinion risk management, and then puts forward that the need to deal with urban public opinion risk needs to be turned. It is necessary to change attitude. From the original mode of repressive control to the mode of negotiation and co-construction, and also to change the way, from the public opinion after the emergence of the flat means to the public opinion before and when the way to guide.
