蚁族社会流动的影响因素研究

【摘要】：本文使用个案访谈的研究方法,通过对蚁族聚居地的实地观察,结合社会流动理论,从社会、家庭和个人三个角度探讨了影响蚁族社会流动的主要因素。首先,文章第一部分提出了研究蚁族和其社会流动问题的重要性,在对相关的社会学理论和已有研究成果进行回顾之后,提出本文的研究方法和思路。接着,文章第二部分主要探讨了社会因素在蚁族社会流动中发挥的作用。通过案例分析发现社会缺乏公平公正的机制,阻碍了蚁族的流动；教育资源的分配不均,导致蚁族在文化资本积累中处于弱势地位；僵化的户籍制度进一步限制了蚁族发展。此后,第三部分主要讨论家庭环境对蚁族的社会流动的影响。通过谈话笔者发现,蚁族的社会流动受到家庭先赋条件的限制很大,家庭的经济条件制约了蚁族的求学过程,家庭的文化资本影响了蚁族的人格发展,家庭的社会关系网络尤其限制了蚁族的就业。文章的第四部分主要探讨了蚁族个体所存在的限制条件。笔者在访谈中发现,蚁族群体的社会流动还受到其价值取向、综合能力和社会适应能力的影响,很多蚁族之所以流动受制,正是由于在这些方面存在一定的缺陷。最后,笔者结合所探讨的影响蚁族的社会流动的因素,提出了未来发展的方向,并对研究的不足进行总结。
[Abstract]:By using the method of case interview, this paper discusses the main factors influencing the social mobility of the ant tribe from three angles: society, family and individual, through the field observation of the ant colony and the theory of social mobility. In the first part of the paper, the importance of studying ant tribe and its social mobility is put forward. After reviewing the relevant sociological theories and existing research results, the research methods and ideas of this paper are put forward. Then, the second part of the article mainly discusses the role of social factors in the ants' social mobility. Through the case study, it is found that the lack of a fair and just mechanism in society hinders the movement of the ant tribe, and the distribution of educational resources is uneven. As a result, the ant tribe is in a weak position in the accumulation of cultural capital, and the rigid household registration system further restricts the development of the ant tribe. After that, the third part mainly discusses the influence of the family environment on the social mobility of the ant tribe. Through the conversation, the author finds that the social mobility of the ant tribe is greatly restricted by the conditions of the family, and the economic conditions of the family restrict the study process of the ant tribe. The family's cultural capital influences the development of the ant's personality, and the family's social network restricts the ant's employment. In the fourth part of the article, the author mainly discusses the restricted conditions of the ants' individual. The author found that the social mobility of the ant group is also affected by its value orientation, comprehensive ability and social adaptability, in the interview, the author finds that the social mobility of the ant group is also affected by its value orientation, comprehensive ability and social adaptability. Many ants are subject to mobility precisely because of some defects in these areas. Finally, combined with the factors that affect the social mobility of ant tribe, the author puts forward the direction of future development, and summarizes the shortcomings of the research.
