【摘要】：随着人类社会发展以及科技进步,移动电话作为20世纪一项重要发明于1973年首次面世。与人类社会早期的通讯方式相比,移动电话具有便携性、移动性、交互性等显见特点,加之使用门槛低、功能多、人性化、多媒体化因而具有明显竞争优势。因此,移动电话的发展极为迅速,成为普及广、信号覆盖率高的移动通讯工具。同时,这一特殊的技术载体与互联网以及多媒体技术的融合日趋紧密,而且呈现不断变化、加快发展的趋势。移动电话技术的应用及发展,给人类社会生产带来巨大影响,给人类社会生活带来了便利,给人类社会管理贡献了新的工具。移动电话改变了人们的生活习惯,变革了人类的生活方式,加快了其价值观念更新；移动电话有力促进人类社会生产,不仅有效节约了生产成本,而且大大降低了交易成本。移动电话与社会产生了深刻的互动,它引起了社会政治、经济、文化、军事领域的变革。然而,移动电话的发展也给人类社会带来许多问题。移动电话使用过程中出现了失范现象,造成了对公共领域的干扰,产生了时间空间观念的混淆,出现了社会交往的混乱,引发了道德、伦理及法律问题,还直接或间接对人类的身体健康与人身安全构成威胁。 因此,本文以当代社会为现实语境,结合移动通讯技术发展的历史过程和时代特点,运用科学社会学的基本原理和方法,从跨学科的视角,对广泛使用移动电话的社会现象进行了深刻剖析,系统深入地研究了移动电话与社会互动问题,包括移动电话对人类社会的深刻影响,移动电话发展带来的社会问题,移动电话发展的社会控制,并提出了有利于我国移动电话健康发展的对策建议。 本文共分为六个章节。 第一章主要分析了移动电话技术发展现状,阐明了移动电话科学社会学研究的意义,并综述其相关理论基础。 第二章回顾了移动电话技术发展的历史,从科学技术发展的角度分析移动电话发展的特点,包括移动电话的诞生、技术的革新到功能的拓展。研究移动电话在技术、生产和服务领域的不断创新,结合中国当代社会移动电话生产、运营、使用发展的特点,对移动电话的未来进行分析和预测,进而预示移动电话未来技术发展的方向。 第三章分析移动电话发展对人类社会的影响,主要从生产、生活、文化、军事,社会管理等方面研究移动电话与社会互动,分析其中的社会现象。首先,分析了年长人群、青少年及特殊人群使用移动电话的原因和需求。其次,分析了移动电话对办公、工农业生产、物流发展带来的影响。由于移动电话的运用对人类社会管理的创新和发展提供了新的平台,有助于缓解政府与公众的信息不对称状况,有利于政府与民众进行有效沟通。因此,有必要对移动电话与社会管理的关系进行重点研究,在第三节中从促进沟通、提高效率、树立形象、参与管理四个角度进行了分析,指出了不同国家与文化的人们,在移动电话使用过程中表现出较大的文化差异,分析了以山寨手机为起始点的山寨文化现象。最后,概述了战争对移动通讯技术的催化作用,以及移动电话技术对国防军事的影响。 第四章探索移动电话发展给人类社会带来的问题。分析了移动电话带来的一系列失范现象和社会问题,诸如侵犯个人隐私问题、手机出版物版权问题、信息安全问题、垃圾信息问题、手机广告侵权问题、手机传播色情淫秽信息问题等,并从法理的角度对这些失范现象进行了分析。研究指出,移动电话给人类社会生产、社会生活带来便利的同时,也改变了人际交往的模式,造成了人类时间和空间的交错,以及公共空间和私人空间的模糊,对公共领域形成了无形的干扰。文中还提到了移动电话的使用也会影响到人类的健康和安全,分析了移动电话的使用与社会发展的道德和伦理、礼仪与礼节以及生态伦理问题。 第五章研究移动电话发展的社会控制。立足于我国移动电话技术发展现状,着眼于移动电话与社会互动的良性循环,研究了移动电话在信息传播及媒体监管方面产生的有关法律和管理方面的问题,并提出具有建设性的对策措施。移动电话的发展与社会互动关系的良性循环,离不开法律法规建设和政府及行业部门的监管,同时也离不开技术发展的支持以及人类自身意识的提高。 第六章分析了本研究的重难点,并指明了未来进一步深入研究的方向。

This article is divided into six chapters.
