【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平高度重视网上舆论工作,他要求把网上舆论工作作为宣传思想工作的重中之重来抓。他认为,网络技术的发展,既为做好网上舆论工作提供了机遇,也带来了挑战。他要求各级领导干部一定要认清做好网上舆论工作的机遇与挑战,坚持网上舆论工作的正确政治方向,坚持党性原则,坚持正确的舆论导向,坚持团结稳定鼓劲、正面宣传为主。要真正成为运用现代传媒新手段新方法的行家里手,推动传统媒体和新兴媒体融合发展,把握好网上舆论引导的时、度、效,敢抓敢管,敢于亮剑,不断提高网络工作能力和水平,牢牢掌握网上舆论工作的主动权,努力让网络成为我们党治国理政的重要工具。习近平的重要论述,对做好网上舆论工作提出了新要求、作出了新部署,具有很强的战略性、前瞻性和针对性,是我们在新形势下进一步做好网上舆论工作的时代指引和行动纲领。
