基于社会资本视角的大型复杂项目团队成员合作行为研究

【摘要】：针对社会资本对项目团队成员合作行为的影响问题。首先指出当前我国大型复杂项目的组织结构,是通过各种契约关系和股权关系共同作用而形成的社会网络。然后,深入分析项目组织网络中内部企业和外部企业三维度社会资本的特点和差异性,及其对合作行为的影响作用。在此基础上探讨业主为创造促进项目参建单位合作的社会资本条件应采取的激励措施。
[Abstract]:Aim at the impact of social capital on cooperative behavior of project team members.Firstly, it is pointed out that the organizational structure of large and complex projects in China is a social network formed by the joint action of various contractual relationships and equity relations.Then, the characteristics and differences of the three-dimensional social capital of the internal and external enterprises in the project organization network are deeply analyzed, as well as its influence on the cooperative behavior.On this basis, this paper discusses the incentive measures that the owner should take to create the social capital conditions to promote the cooperation of the participating units in the project.
