【摘要】:21世纪综合国力的竞争,归根结底是科技人才的竞争。无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,都纷纷把制定与本国国情相适应的科技人才发展战略作为各自基本国策的重要组成部分,把发现科技人才、培养科技人才、使用科技人才、吸引和争取科技人才作为自己的工作重点之 而女性科技人才是我国科技人才资源的重要部分,而现如今,从我国在科技领域中的女性人数来看,我国女性科技的发展空间还相当大。因此促进我国女性积极参与到高科技领域中,是扩大我国高科技领域人才资源的重要方式。本文就我国女性在高科技领域的发展现状、问题及对策进行初步分析和探索。 本文共分为三个部分,第一部分对我国女性在高科技领域中的发展现状进行概况分析,研究发现:在我国参与科技发展的女性虽然已经超过1000万人,但是参与到我国高科技领域,在科学界中具有权威地位、取得过顶尖科研成就的女性科学家却凤毛麟角,从对我国女性院士群体的研究中发现,我国高端女性科技人才已经出现老龄化等问题,这更加体现出我国发展年轻一代女性顶尖科技人才已经势在必行。在此基础上还对我国高科技领域中女性科研人才缺失的内部原因和外部原因进行了初步探析,发现我国参与科学研究的女性科技人员并没有把科学研究作为自己的追求与事业,绝大多数的女性科研工作者还是把维系家庭视为自己生活中最重要的部分,并总结出我国女性的自身价值定位低成为了我国高科技领域中缺乏女性科研人才的重要原因之一;第二部分对国外女性在高科技领域中的发展情况、以及在历史上获得过诺贝尔奖的女科学家的成功因素进行分析,并把这些因素分为女性科学家自身的内在因素和外在的社会、环境因素进行了系统的分析总结;第三部分在总结了国外成功女性科学家成功因素的基础上,借鉴了美国、法国、韩国等国家关于促进女性更好地融入科学研究的政策措施的同时,还结合我国基本国情,总结和展望了我国女性本世纪在科学发展中的优势,最后还对如何推动我国女性更好的融入到高科技事业中简单的提出了的几点意见和建议。
