以复元理念为导向的精神康复社会工作应用探究

【摘要】：近年来传统的精神病服务模式受到越来越多的质疑,复元理念介入精神病人士的服务模式因在实践中的良好成效开始受到重视。本文基于社会工作的视野,以质性研究方法回溯和分析7位精神病人士的复元历程,发现阻碍患者复元的困境分为内在因素及外在因素两种。其中,内在不良因素有:疾病症状干扰、社交封闭且同质性强、对未来感到茫然等。精神病患者外在环境的限制有:家庭及亲友支持不足、公众对精神病人士的否认、社会支持网络薄弱等,除此之外精神病人士还遭受一系列混乱的康复服务经历。本研究发现,正是这种生活在长期积累不良的内在成长与外在影响的交互过程,最终阻碍精神病人士的复元。社会工作者在复元理念的导向下对7位精神病人士开展个案服务,介入的主要内容有:协助案主情绪宣泄、提升疾病管理、运用优势视角促进能力发挥、规划未来、建立资源绿洲、处理疾病的污名、促使患者在互助中成长等。研究发现,当社工介入精神病人士的复元之路,帮助患者处理生理病症,制定应对疾病的策略以及构建良好的社会支持网络时,精神病人士能展现正向的复元。本文整理精神病人士接受社工介入之应用情况,主要研究结果发现如下:第一,社工在介入个案复元历程时,在建立良好专业关系、正面的复元评估、全面的介入计划、复元结果检测等各阶段都有不同的要求。第二,社会工作者介入过程中需遵循案主自决、承担责任、赋能充权、全人发展、建立希望等原则。第三,社会工作介入的价值取向应重视患者的主观经历以及坚持能力为本的服务理念。最后根据研究情况,对精神病人士的复元因素、复元动态历程以及社会工作介入精神复元的功能意义、社会工作介入精神复元的限制进行分析总结。除此之外,本文对社会工作者如何运用复元理念开展精神康复工作以及未来的研究方向提出一系列建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the traditional mode of psychiatric service has been questioned more and more.Based on the perspective of social work, this paper retrospect and analyze the recovery course of 7 mental patients by qualitative research method, and find that the dilemma that hinders the recovery of patients can be divided into two kinds: internal factors and external factors.Among them, the internal adverse factors are: the disturbance of disease symptoms, social isolation and homogeneity, feeling at a loss about the future and so on.The external environment of mental patients is limited by the lack of support from families and relatives, public denial of the mentally ill, weak social support network, etc. In addition, the mentally ill also suffer from a series of chaotic rehabilitation services.This study found that it is this process of interaction between internal growth and external influence that has been accumulated for a long time, which ultimately impedes the recovery of mentally ill persons.Under the guidance of the concept of rehabilitation, social workers provide case services to 7 mental patients. The main contents of the intervention are: assisting the victims to vent their emotions, promoting disease management, using the superior perspective to promote the development of their abilities, and planning for the future.Establish resource oasis, deal with the stigma of disease, promote patients to grow in mutual help.The study found that when social workers intervene in the rehabilitation of psychopaths, help them deal with physical problems, develop coping strategies and build a good social support network, psychopaths can show positive recovery.The main findings of this paper are as follows: first, in the course of rehabilitation, social workers have established a good professional relationship, positive rehabilitation assessment, and comprehensive intervention plan.There are different requirements in each stage, such as the result detection of complex elements.Secondly, social workers should follow the principles of self-determination, responsibility, empowerment, human development and hope.Third, the value orientation of social work intervention should attach importance to patients' subjective experience and adhere to the service concept of ability-based.Finally, according to the research situation, the author analyzes and summarizes the rehabilitation factors, the dynamic course of rehabilitation, the functional significance of social work intervention in mental rehabilitation, and the limitations of social work intervention in mental rehabilitation.In addition, this paper puts forward a series of suggestions on how to use the concept of rehabilitation to carry out mental rehabilitation work and the future research direction of social workers.
