移民文化精神与新兴城市发展:基于深圳经验

【摘要】：新兴城市文化是否有利于创新,并不完全取决于其发展历史的长短,更重要的是该社会的人口结构、经济形态、文化格局以及因此而形成的对于新事物的开放态度。移民社会为深圳文化精神的形成提供了社会基础。在短短三十多年间,深圳创造了经济社会发展和城市化的奇迹。深圳成功的重要原因之一,是形成了以创新、开放、包容、公共精神、权利意识、法治意识、市场意识以及科技、效率和务实精神等为特质的文化精神。市场、社会和公共政策的合力作用,是深圳移民文化精神形成的重要机制。新兴城市发展,必须加强核心价值引导,加强文化调适,自觉构建和熔铸与社会主义市场经济相适应的文化精神。
[Abstract]:Whether the new urban culture is conducive to innovation is not entirely dependent on the length of its development history, but more importantly on the population structure, economic form, cultural pattern and the openness to new things.The immigrant society provides the social basis for the formation of Shenzhen's cultural spirit.In a short span of more than 30 years, Shenzhen has created a miracle of economic and social development and urbanization.One of the important reasons for Shenzhen's success is the cultural spirit characterized by innovation, openness, tolerance, public spirit, right consciousness, rule of law, market consciousness, science and technology, efficiency and pragmatism.The combined effect of market, society and public policy is an important mechanism to form the spirit of immigrant culture in Shenzhen.In the development of new cities, we must strengthen the guidance of core values, strengthen the adjustment of culture, and consciously construct and melt the cultural spirit adapted to the socialist market economy.
