【摘要】：作为一种新兴的网络搜索方式,“人肉搜索”一出现就受到了普遍的关注,并不断吸引着越来越多网民的参与,“人肉搜索”已然成为当今网络社会互动中一种重要的表现形式。“人肉搜索”的形成有其深刻的社会根源,并在网民心理因素的作用下不断的深化和发展。在“人肉搜索”的发展过程中,其社会功能得到了一定的体现,它不仅是网民获取信息、表达观点的工具,更是网民进行道德评价、舆论监督和实现自力救济的有效渠道,同时它还在一定程度上起到了我国转型期社会“安全阀”的作用。然而,由于缺乏相应的制度和法律规范,“人肉搜索”在发挥其社会正功能的同时也引发了一系列的社会问题,尤其是其造成的网络侵权和网络暴力问题,引起了社会各界的广泛关注和探讨。“人肉搜索”目前处于一种两难境地。面对这种困境,本文将从宏观和微观两个角度对“人肉搜索”现象进行社会学研究。本文第一部分主要对“人肉搜索”的概念、本质及特征进行了描述,并对“人肉搜索”的实施条件和发展过程做出了概括和总结；第二部分主要是从宏观和微观角度,即社会和网民两方面对“人肉搜索”的形成原因进行了分析；第三部分主要概括了“人肉搜索”在我国的发展过程中存在的暴力、侵权及信息失真等问题,并从社会、网络、网民三方面对其原因进行了深入的分析；第四部分主要是在之前分析的基础上从社会、政府、网络和网民等不同的对象入手,提出了规范“人肉搜索”的具体对策。通过本文对“人肉搜索”的研究,希望能够帮助人们更加深刻的了解“人肉搜索”这个迅速“走红”的网络现象,同时对“人肉搜索”的未来发展有一定的参考价值,从而有利于网络社会的有序健康发展和我国和谐社会的构建。
[Abstract]:As a new way of network search, "human flesh search" has received widespread attention as soon as it appeared, and has been attracting the participation of more and more Internet users.Human flesh search has become an important form of network social interaction.The formation of "human flesh search" has its profound social roots, and has been deepened and developed continuously under the action of netizens' psychological factors.In the course of the development of "human flesh search", its social function has been reflected to a certain extent. It is not only a tool for netizens to obtain information and express their views, but also an effective channel for netizens to carry out moral evaluation, supervision by public opinion and the realization of self-help.At the same time, it also played the role of "safety valve" in the transitional society of our country to some extent.However, due to the lack of corresponding system and legal norms, "Human flesh search" has brought about a series of social problems, especially the network infringement and network violence caused by the "human flesh search", while giving play to its social positive function.Has caused the social all walks of life widespread concern and the discussion.Human flesh search is now in a dilemma.In the face of this dilemma, this paper makes a sociological study on the phenomenon of "human flesh search" from macro and micro perspectives.The first part of this paper mainly describes the concept, essence and characteristics of "human flesh search", and summarizes the implementation conditions and development process of "human flesh search".That is, the society and Internet users analyze the reasons for the formation of "human flesh search". The third part mainly summarizes the problems of violence, infringement and information distortion in the development of "human flesh search" in our country, and from the society, network, etc.The fourth part is mainly based on the previous analysis, starting with different objects such as society, government, network and Internet users, and puts forward concrete countermeasures to standardize "human flesh search".Through the research of "human flesh search" in this paper, we hope to help people to understand the "human flesh search", a rapid "popular" network phenomenon, and at the same time, it has certain reference value for the future development of "human flesh search".This is conducive to the orderly and healthy development of the network society and the construction of a harmonious society in our country.
