领域重构视角下的小区开放研究——以广州市六运小区为例

【摘要】:一方面,城镇化的不断推进引发商业空间价值快速提升,另一方面,中央为改善城市交通释放出推进小区开放的强烈信号,小区空间形态转变带来的治理问题成为学界与社会的关注焦点。基于边界的分析工具,将领域理论引入小区开放的研究,通过分析多元利益主体争夺空间配置权的博弈过程,剖析小区开放过程中多主体冲突的根源。研究选取广州市六运小区作为研究对象,根据边界重构的动因将小区边界演变划分为市场经济改革引发的经济边界重塑阶段、市场政府共同带动的空间边界演变阶段和上级政府介入引发的权力边界碎化阶段。发现小区开放过程中,存在去领域化、再领域化和民间领域化等过程。研究指出治理冲突的根源在于主体的边界和领域之间异步性,提出多元利益主体间的协调是解决冲突的关键。
[Abstract]:On the one hand, the continuous development of urbanization has led to a rapid increase in the value of commercial space. On the other hand, in order to improve urban traffic, the central government has released a strong signal to promote the opening of residential areas. The governance problem brought by the change of the spatial form of the residential area has become the focus of attention of the academic and social circles. Based on the analysis tool of boundary, the domain theory is introduced into the study of community opening. By analyzing the game process in which multiple stakeholders compete for spatial allocation right, the root causes of multi-agent conflict in the process of community opening are analyzed. Based on the motivation of boundary reconstruction, the district boundary evolution is divided into the economic boundary remodeling stage caused by the market economy reform. The evolution stage of spatial boundary driven by market government and the power boundary fragmentation stage caused by the intervention of higher government. It is found that there are such processes as dematerialization, subdomain and folk domainization in the process of community opening. The study points out that the root of conflict of governance lies in the asynchrony between the boundary and the domain of the subject, and points out that the coordination among the multi-stakeholders is the key to resolve the conflict.
