【摘要】：以犯罪主体的性别特性作为区分,可分为女性犯罪与男性犯罪。就女性犯罪的概念而言,我国大部分学者认为,女性犯罪,即犯罪主体为女性而实施的具有严重社会危害性的行为。1从犯罪学的角度来讲,"因为犯罪是女性所以才说成女性犯罪"。2在此需要注意,"女性犯罪"不是专指女性才可以实施的犯罪,其犯罪种类男性也可以实施。女性作为犯罪人群中的少数,其犯罪问题没有得到学术界研究应有的重视,然而随着社会的演进和发展,女性开始广泛地参与各类社会活动,与此同时,女性的地位也有了提高。其在现代社会生活中起到了重要作用,但与此同时女性犯罪问题日益突出,破坏了社会的和谐状态,应当引起社会的广泛关注。特别是民族地区的女性,由于社会背景及其经济状况的差异,往往表现出不同的犯罪动因,这就需要学术界引起足够的重视,从而预防民族地区的女性犯罪问题。延边位于中国东北吉林省东部地区,东部接壤俄罗斯,南与朝鲜以图们江相隔,是我国最大的中国朝鲜族聚居区。延边州包括8个县市,分别是延吉市、龙井市、珲春市、图们市、敦化市、和龙市、安图县、汪清县。截至2010年,延边地区有有朝鲜族、汉族、满族、回族等20多个民族。其中,朝鲜族人口 82.0万人,占37.7%,汉族占59.29%,其他少数民族包括满族和回族等占3.01%。3本篇论文以延边地区2013年至2016年女性犯罪的数据为基础,分析了延边地区女性犯罪的特点,阐述延边州女性犯罪形成的原因,旨在寻找预防延边地区女性犯罪的方法。本篇论文共分为四章:第一章是绪论部分。这一章主要阐述了本文的研究目的与意义及研究的方法与内容。第二章,延边地区女性犯罪的特点。主要分析了从2013年至2016年延边地区女性犯罪的基本情况,通过运用图表加数据分析的方式,从犯罪人员的人数,犯罪类型,文化程度,犯罪年龄,犯罪嫌疑人身份等方面入手分析了延边地区女性犯罪的特点。第三章,影响延边地区女性犯罪的因素。这一章节主要从犯罪学中影响犯罪的个体因素和社会因素两方面出发,分析了影响延边州女性犯罪的因素。第四章,预防延边地区女性犯罪的措施。作为一个总结部分,主要阐述了抑制延边地区女性犯罪率上升的防控措施,根据延边地区女性犯罪的一般规律,为延边地区女性犯罪拟定一个有效的预防犯罪的措施与对策。
[Abstract]:It can be divided into female crime and male crime. As far as the concept of female crime is concerned, most scholars in our country believe that female crime, That is, the act of serious social harm committed by the subject of crime for women. From the perspective of criminology, "the crime is said to be a female crime because the crime is a female" .2 it should be noted here that "female crime" does not refer exclusively to women. That can only be committed, Their types of crimes can also be committed by men. As a minority of the criminal population, female crime has not been given due attention in academic circles. However, with the evolution and development of society, women begin to participate in all kinds of social activities extensively, at the same time, The status of women has also improved. It has played an important role in modern social life, but at the same time, the problem of female crime has become increasingly prominent, which has destroyed the harmonious state of the society, and should be widely concerned by the society. Because of the difference of social background and economic situation, women in ethnic areas often show different reasons of crime, which need to be paid enough attention by academia to prevent the problem of female crime in ethnic areas. Yanbian is located in the eastern part of northeast Jilin Province, bordering on Russia in the east, and separated by the Tumen River in the south, which is the largest inhabited area of Korean nationality in China. Yanbian prefecture includes 8 counties and cities: Yanji City, Longjing City, Hunchun City, Tumen City, Dunhua City, Helong City, Antu County, Wangqing County. As of 2010, Yanbian has Korean, Han, Manchu, Hui and other more than 20 ethnic groups. Of these, the Korean nationality has a population of 820000, accounting for 37.7x, the Han nationality accounts for 59.29.The other ethnic minorities, including Manchu and Hui, account for 3.01.3 this paper analyzes the characteristics of female crime in Yanbian based on the data of female crime in Yanbian from 2013 to 2016. This paper expounds the causes of female crime in Yanbian prefecture, and aims to find ways to prevent female crime in Yanbian region. This thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. This chapter mainly describes the purpose and significance of this paper and the research methods and contents. Chapter two, the characteristics of female crime in Yanbian area. This paper mainly analyzes the basic situation of female crime in Yanbian area from 2013 to 2016. By using the method of chart and data analysis, the author analyzes the number of offenders, the type of crime, the education level, and the age of crime. This paper analyzes the characteristics of female crime in Yanbian area. The third chapter, influence the female crime factor in Yanbian area. This chapter mainly from the criminology influence crime individual factor and the social factor two aspects, has analyzed the influence Yanbian prefecture female crime factor. Chapter four, measures to prevent female crime in Yanbian area. As a summary part, it mainly expounds the prevention and control measures to restrain the increase of female crime rate in Yanbian area. According to the general law of female crime in Yanbian area, it proposes an effective crime prevention measure and countermeasure for the female crime in Yanbian area.
