云南省未成年犯“生命教育”研究

【摘要】:生命是构成世界存在的基础,“生命”也是教育的原点,而教育又是培养人的活动。生命教育的主体是一个个鲜活的生命,每个生命都应当得到平等的对待,包括未成年犯。近年来未成年人犯罪现象已经发展成为影响社会治安和家庭稳定的一大社会性问题,它不仅时刻引起社会各界的关注,更牵动着亿万父母的心。纵观当今未成年人犯罪,均从不同程度上反映出其对自己和他人生命的漠视。当然,教育是培养人的过程,全社会都不能因未成年人的失足犯罪而忽视他们。他们也是社会的一份子,理应受到平等的关注。帮助他们重新理解“生命”的价值,积极面对这个世界,是社会和教育者们不可摈弃的责任。 目前,国外和港台地区都对生命教育进行着积极的研究和实践。我国大陆地区的生命教育虽未形成一套成熟的理论体系,但许多学者及社会对其正在进行积极的关注和研究。基于对未成年犯“教育为主,惩罚为辅”的原则,本文从生命教育的视角研究未成年犯的整个教育改造过程,进而提高监狱矫正、教育、改造的质量,最终让未成年犯重新回归到社会。力求多角度、多渠道地从生命教育的方向去思考未成年犯改造的途径。文章共分为五部分,先以阐释生命及生命教育内涵及理论为基础,接着针对和分析云南省未成年犯管教所在押未成年犯对生命和生命教育的认识及教育现状,最后就未成年犯生命教育路径提出了自己的思考。 总之,对生命教育系统的推动是教育体系走向逐步完善的重要前提。生命教育有着极其多元的范畴,它不仅是监狱教育改造体系的重要辅助措施,更是防范未成年人犯罪的重要方法。
[Abstract]:Life is the foundation of the existence of the world, and life is the origin of education, and education is the activity of cultivating people. The main body of life education is a fresh life, every life should be treated equally, including juvenile delinquents. In recent years, the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency has developed into a major social problem that affects social security and family stability. It not only attracts attention from all walks of life, but also affects the hearts of hundreds of millions of parents. Throughout today's juvenile delinquency, they all reflect their indifference to their own and other people's lives in varying degrees. Of course, education is the process of training people, the whole society can not neglect them because of juvenile delinquency. They are also part of society and deserve equal attention. It is the responsibility of society and educators to help them understand the value of life and face the world positively. At present, life education has been actively studied and practiced both abroad and in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Although life education in mainland China has not formed a mature theoretical system, many scholars and society are actively paying attention to it. Based on the principle of "education is primary, punishment is secondary", this paper studies the whole process of education reform of juvenile delinquents from the perspective of life education, and then improves the quality of prison correction, education and reform. Finally, let juvenile criminals return to society. We should try our best to think about the ways of reforming juvenile delinquents from the direction of life education. The article is divided into five parts, based on explaining the connotation and theory of life and life education, and then analyzing the cognition and current situation of life and life education of juvenile prisoners in Yunnan Province. At last, the author puts forward his own thinking on the path of life education for juvenile delinquents. In short, the promotion of life education system is an important prerequisite for the gradual improvement of education system. Life education has an extremely diverse category. It is not only an important auxiliary measure of the reform system of prison education, but also an important method to prevent juvenile delinquency.
