【摘要】:组织消极情绪的产生主要源于员工自身和所处的外部环境。在管控主流群体消极情绪的过程中,首先,确保领导者与主流群体认知的一致性;其次,强化领导督导方式的科学性,使其在员工负面情绪产生初期及时加以斧正;再次,积极营造组织层面的公正感,化解下属心理焦虑;最后,员工自身强化学习能力,提升对新情况的认知和处理能力。
[Abstract]:The formation of organizational negative emotions mainly comes from the employees themselves and the external environment. In the process of controlling the negative emotion of the mainstream group, firstly, to ensure the consistency between the leader and the mainstream group; secondly, to strengthen the scientific nature of the leading supervision mode, so that it can be corrected in time in the early stage of the negative emotion of the staff; again, Actively build the sense of justice at the organizational level, resolve the psychological anxiety of subordinates; finally, strengthen the learning ability of the staff themselves, enhance the cognitive and processing ability of the new situation.
