性别角色观念、家庭责任与劳动参与模式研究

【摘要】：提高社会劳动参与程度是积极应对人口老龄化的战略支柱。基于中国综合社会调查数据,探究性别角色观念对劳动参与及性别分工模式的影响。研究发现,传统性别角色观念对两性劳动参与行为具有不同的影响机制。它对女性的劳动参与具有直接的抑制作用,但对男性没有显著影响,这是形成劳动参与性别差异的重要原因。在传统观念作用下,结婚尤其是成为父母等角色转换的节点事件,通过家庭责任分工的中介作用而显著降低女性的劳动参与几率。研究为劳动参与模式的性别差异提供了社会文化机制解释,通过家庭劳动时间直接衡量家庭责任而推进了家庭与市场劳动互动机制的讨论,为制定完善相关的经济社会政策提供有益的微观基础。
[Abstract]:Raising the level of social labor participation is the strategic pillar of the active response to the aging of the population. Based on the comprehensive social survey data in China, this paper explores the influence of gender role concept on labor participation and gender division of labor. It is found that the traditional concept of gender roles has different influence mechanisms on the labor participation behavior of both sexes. It has direct inhibitory effect on female labor participation, but has no significant effect on male, which is an important reason for the formation of gender difference in labor participation. Under the influence of traditional concept, marriage, especially to become the node event of the change of roles such as parents, significantly reduces the probability of female labor participation through the intermediary role of the division of family responsibilities. The study provides the social and cultural mechanism explanation for the gender difference of the labor participation model, and promotes the discussion of the interaction mechanism between the family and the market by measuring the family responsibility directly during the family working time. For the formulation of relevant economic and social policies to provide a beneficial micro-foundation.
