生计脆弱性:何以为及何以能——来自中国农村进城务工女性的实践调查

【摘要】：中国的快速城镇化蕴含着规模庞大的农村进城务工女性所做的贡献,但她们是整个社会构层面更易受到风险伤害的脆弱性群体。以生计概念内核的生计资本作为分析切入点,在问卷调查基础上对农村进城务工女性生计脆弱性及其成因进行研究表明,农村进城务工女性的生计具有脆弱性,突出表现为人力资本、物质资本、金融资本、社会资本等方面的匮乏,其问题症结在于使该群体在城镇资源配置过程中被边缘化的传统社会性别歧视与家庭价值弱化,但农民工歧视称谓的污名化为城市社会排斥她们提供了正当性源泉。探本求源,当前中国城镇化建设是一种城市偏向的现代性发展实践,典型的是采用城乡二元户籍制度来为城市现代化建设筛选着适合的个体化的、无拖家带口的农村精英,并拒绝赋予他们共享城市福利资源的市民资格,这种忽视人、忽视男女差异、忽视家庭的发展,必然造成农村进城务工女性在城镇社会的生计难以为继。
[Abstract]:The rapid urbanization of China contains the contribution of rural migrant workers on a large scale, but they are the vulnerable groups that are more vulnerable to risk in the whole social structure. Based on the analysis of livelihood capital in the core of the concept of livelihood, this paper studies the livelihood vulnerability and its causes of rural migrant women on the basis of questionnaire survey, which shows that the livelihood of rural migrant women has vulnerability. The shortage of human capital, material capital, financial capital, social capital, etc. The crux of the problem lies in the traditional gender discrimination and the weakening of family value that the group is marginalized in the process of urban resource allocation. However, the stigma of migrant workers'discriminatory appellation into urban social exclusion of them provides a source of legitimacy. The current urbanization construction in China is a kind of urban-biased modern development practice, typical of which is the adoption of the urban-rural dual household registration system to screen suitable individualized rural elites who have no families to lead the urban modernization construction. And refused to give them urban welfare resources to share the citizenship, this neglect of people, ignore the difference between men and women, ignore the development of families, will inevitably lead to rural migrant women in urban society livelihood is unsustainable.
