村庄本位:我国农村社会工作的推进导向

【摘要】：由于对西方社会工作理论和知识体系的过度依赖,我国农村社会工作发展的主体性明显不足。基于对中国国情和村庄特点及实际处境的判断,文章提出村庄本位的农村社会工作推进导向和发展思路,强调农村社会工作导向应从个人、家庭服务转向村庄服务,从问题解决转向关系调适,从经济帮扶转向文化帮扶。村庄本位的农村社会工作可以在村庄社会关系调适、经济资源整合与共同体意识培养等方面发挥重要作用,进而助力培植农村发展的内源动力,其要义在于更好地推进农村社会工作的主体性发展,并在专业理论、知识体系和实务模式创新上推进农村社会工作的本土化。
[Abstract]:Because of the excessive dependence on western social work theory and knowledge system, the subjectivity of rural social work development in China is obviously insufficient. Based on the judgment of China's national conditions, the characteristics of villages and the actual situation, the paper puts forward the orientation and development of village-based rural social work, and emphasizes that the orientation of rural social work should be shifted from individual, family service to village service. From problem solving to relationship adjustment, from economic support to cultural help. The village-based rural social work can play an important role in the adjustment of village social relations, the integration of economic resources and the cultivation of community consciousness. The main point is to promote the development of the subjectivity of rural social work, and to promote the localization of rural social work in the innovation of professional theory, knowledge system and practical mode.
