【摘要】：人的生命是世界上最宝贵、最神圣的生命之花,人对自身生命价值的追问,追问自身生命存在的意义,是人不断走向成熟的标志,是人的生命力量在自身主体意识中的呈现,是人的自我意识的觉醒。这本身就是人的精神历险,就是人想自己的精神家园的回归。人的生命价值不是工具价值,而是生命的本体价值、目标价值和终极价值。对于人类自身来说,最为宝贵的就是生命,没有了生命,其他的一切都无从谈起。但是,现在的社会似乎对生命有些淡漠了。且不说地震、泥石流、水灾等自然灾害对人类生命的无情摧毁,人类自己对生命的漠视也越来越严重。近年来矿难安全事故频频发生,交通安全事故更是每天屡见不鲜,食品安全越来越成问题,自杀他杀事件也越来越多。特别是面对一些可以避免但没有避免的人身安全事故发生的时候,真的很令人心痛。这些现象之所以存在,其原因是复杂的,一方面是由于经济利益的驱动,煤老板为了多挖煤,降低生产成本,安全设施不到位,安全意识淡薄,是导致矿难死亡的根本原因,食品安全事件的出现,也是利益的驱动,另一方能则是管理漏洞太多,行业监管力度不够,威胁到人们的生命安全,特别是一些社会弱势群体的生命安全得不到保障。除此之外,对生命价值的探讨和研究,没有成为理论研究和关注的重要内容。价值哲学研究是我国学术研究的热点之一,特别是价值观的研究,与社会的进步和发展息息相关。但我们也应该看到,在价值观的研究方面,对生命价值和生命价值观的研究,却是比较薄弱的。唤起人们的生命意识,关注生命现象,研究生命价值,确立正确的生命价值观。引导社会正确对待生命的价值,改善社会弱势群体的生活条件,提高广大民众的生命质量,是社会管理部门的主要责任,也是哲学社会科学研究的重大使命。贯彻落实科学发展观,建构和谐社会,关注民生,最重要的就是要关注人的生命。只有把生命价值摆在首位,才能真正实现以人为本,全面发展的发展战略。因此,我选取生命价值观为研究课题,并结合大量的社会现实问题,对这一问题从理论上加以探讨。本文分为三大部分：第一部分首先阐述生命的基本含义和内容,从而提出生命价值的科学内涵和哲学内涵,并就人的生命的内容作详细论述,其次,论述人的生命的内容及特征,以便于对人的生命价值做出正确而科学的解释；第二部分主要论述人的生命价值的构成,人的生命价值是生命存在的价值为基础,以生活及其状态的价值为主体,以生命发展和提升的价值为指向的价值。主要包括：1、生命安全与身体健康；2、人的生活的价值；3、人的生命发展和提升的价值；4、人的生命存在状态的价值；最后一部分主要论述人的生命价值的实现途径,分为三个部分,第一个部分论述人的生命价值实现的条件,分别是主体条件、客体条件、中介条件和环境条件；第二部分论述人的生命价值实现的内容,分别是人的生命层次价值、人的生命属性价值、人的生命功能价值、人的生命文化价值；第三部分主要是根据我国目前社会政治经济制度,意识形态对人的生命价值的影响,找出实现人的生命价值的具体途径。
