智能化综合评价理论与方法研究

【摘要】:智能化综合评价理论与方法属于现代评价理论与决策理论的研究课题之一,其涉及到众多的研究领域的交叉学科,主要涉及到经济学、逻辑学、管理学、计算机学科、心理学、语言学、生命科学和哲学等,现代评价问题的研究已经向多属性,多主体、动态化、复杂化、智能化方向发展。应用领域已经涉及经济管理、工业工程及其企业决策等多个领域,其应用前景和实用价值不断扩大。 虽然如此,但真正对智能化综合评价理论和方法的系统性深入研究并不多,把智能化方法应用到评价模型中的研究也许不少,但是对智能化方法在综合评价中应用的方法论研究并不多,本文主要研究智能化方法在综合评价应用时的基础性问题,例如“智能化综合评价的概念”,“智能化综合评价的主要过程”,“智能化综合评价的核心要素”等问题,使得智能化综合评价的设计、改进和应用时有理论的指导和可度量的依据。本文从智能化的角度对已有的一些综合评价模型进行了改进,如“智能化集成赋权”、“智能化组合赋权”、“专家权重的智能化调节方法”、“AHP构权的智能化修正方法”等,希望能为智能化综合评价理论与方法的研究和发展提供有益的借鉴。 本文的研究思路:首先,从现实的评价现象出发,提出了如何科学合理的评价被评价对象的问题:其次,采用理论分析与模型分析相结合的方式研究智能化综合评价模型的构建原理和计算过程;最后,通过实例分析研究评价模型的应用效果。本文从以下四个部分对智能化综合评价理论和方法进行研究:第一部分是方法论基础,即体现智能化综合评价的共同方法论。主要包括智能化综合评价的一般方法论、基本概念和基本问题等;第二部分是基本理论与方法,主要包括理论基础、应用原理和基本模型;第三部分是智能化综合评价模型,这部分对一些综合评价模型进行了改进,提出了基于智能化视角的智能化综合评价方法,即把智能化的方法引入具体的综合评价模型;第四部分是模型的实证研究,通过实证研究证明了智能化综合评价模型的适用性和有效性。 本文主要分为以下七个章节: 第一章是导论。本章对综合评价和智能化方法的研究背景和意义进行了说明,阐述了本文的主要研究思路和主要研究内容,展示了本文的研究框架和章节安排,总结了本文的研究方法和技术路线,最后对本文的主要创新点与不足进行了说明。 第二章是主要理论和方法及研究综述。本章梳理了智能化综合评价涉及的重要理论及方法,对其涉及到的基本原理和基本模型进行了辨析和界定,并对智能化方法在综合评价中的应用现状进行了详细的归纳和论述。 第三章是智能化综合评价的基础性问题研究。本章节对智能化的概念、主要过程、核心要素、方法论和智能化综合评价模型的选择问题等问题进行了研究。 第四章是智能化组合与群组评价。本章基于方法集成的基本原理和群组评价理论,提出了智能化视角的智能化集成方法,即从智能化的角度研究评价模型的组合问题。在基本原理的指导下,本章提出了智能化组合赋权模型、基于综合评价值的智能化组合评价模型和基于评价排序的智能化组合评价模型、群组评价时的智能化协商模型、专家权重的智能化调节模型。 第五章是AHP构权的智能化修正方法。本章提出了基于智能化的视角的加速遗传算法修正的AHP构权方法,该方法以偏移信息为修正判断矩阵的基础,避免了修正的主观性,同时提取了判断矩阵的一致性信息,以一致性指标为优化方向,实现了AHP构权的智能化修正。 第六章是实证分析。本章对北京延庆地区农村民居改在满意度评价进行了实证研究。涉及的评价方法包括,基于Shepard相似插值方法、智能化判断矩阵修正方法、基于BP神经网络的农村住宅节能改造满意度评价方法。实证研究结果表明,智能化评价方法直观、简便,计算结果稳定性好、计算精度较高,在现实的综合评价中具有应用价值。 第七章是结论与展望。本章对本文的研究成果进行总结,对以后的研究方向和内容进行展望。 本文的创新点主要包括以下几个方面: 首先,研究角度的创新。本文尝试从智能化的角度来整合综合评价理论方法和智能化理论方法,在分析了智能化方法在综合评价中的应用研究的基础上,从智能化的视角对智能化方法在综合评价中主客观权重选择问题、模型的集成问题、评价结果的合成问题、模型的选择和检验等问题展开了研究。 其次,概念的创新。本研究根据评价学理论与智能化理论,提出了具有评价学意义的“智能化综合评价”概念。该概念的提出使智能化综合评价的研究内容有了一个清晰的定位。 最后,方法的创新。本文在已有的评价方法基础上对其进行了智能化改进,从智能化的角度提出了智能化集成模型、智能化群体评价模型和AHP构权的智能化修正模型。
[Abstract]:The theory and method of intelligent comprehensive evaluation belong to one of the research topics of modern evaluation theory and decision - making theory , which involves many cross - disciplines in economics , logic , management , computer science , psychology , linguistics , life science and philosophy .

This paper mainly studies the basic problems of intelligent comprehensive evaluation , such as the concept of intelligent integrated evaluation , the main process of intelligent comprehensive evaluation and the core element of intelligent comprehensive evaluation .

First , from the realistic evaluation phenomenon , this paper puts forward how to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the object to be evaluated : secondly , the construction principle and the calculation process of the intelligent comprehensive evaluation model are studied by combining the theory analysis and the model analysis .
Finally , the application effect of the evaluation model is analyzed through an example . This paper studies the theory and method of intelligent comprehensive evaluation from the following four parts : the first part is the methodological foundation , that is , the common methodology of intelligent comprehensive evaluation . It mainly includes the general methodology , basic concept and basic problems of intelligent comprehensive evaluation .
The second part is the basic theory and method , mainly including the theory foundation , the application principle and the basic model ;
The third part is an intelligent comprehensive evaluation model , which improves some comprehensive evaluation models , and puts forward an intelligent comprehensive evaluation method based on the intelligent visual angle , that is , the intelligent method is introduced into the concrete comprehensive evaluation model ;
The fourth part is the empirical research of the model , and proves the applicability and effectiveness of the intelligent comprehensive evaluation model through the empirical research .

This article is divided into the following seven chapters :

The first chapter is the introduction . This chapter explains the background and significance of comprehensive evaluation and intelligent method , expounds the main research thoughts and main research contents of this paper , shows the research framework and the chapter arrangement of this paper , summarizes the research methods and technical route of this paper , and finally explains the main innovation points and shortcomings of this paper .

The second chapter is the main theory and method and the research overview . This chapter reviews the important theories and methods involved in the intelligent comprehensive evaluation , analyzes and defines the basic principles and basic models involved in the intelligent comprehensive evaluation , and summarizes and discusses the application of the intelligent method in the comprehensive evaluation .

The third chapter is the basic problem of intelligent comprehensive evaluation . This chapter studies the concept , main process , core element , methodology and the choice of intelligent comprehensive evaluation model .

The fourth chapter is the intelligent combination and group evaluation . Based on the basic principle of the method integration and the group evaluation theory , this chapter puts forward the intelligent integration method of the intelligent visual angle , that is , the combination problem of the evaluation model from the intelligent angle research . Under the guidance of the basic principle , this chapter puts forward the intelligent combination evaluation model , the intelligent combination evaluation model based on the comprehensive evaluation value and the intelligent combination evaluation model based on the evaluation ranking , and the intelligent negotiation model and the intelligent adjustment model of the expert weight .

The fifth chapter is the intelligent correction method of AHP structure right . This chapter puts forward the AHP structure right method modified by the acceleration genetic algorithm based on the intelligent angle of view . The method takes the offset information as the basis of the correction judgement matrix , avoids the subjectivity of the correction , and simultaneously extracts the consistency information of the judgment matrix , and realizes the intelligent correction of the AHP structure right by using the consistency index as the optimization direction .

The sixth chapter is an empirical analysis . This chapter carries on an empirical study on the evaluation of the satisfaction of rural residential reform in Yanqing district of Beijing . The evaluation method includes : based on Shepard similarity interpolation method , intelligent judgement matrix correction method , and BP neural network - based evaluation method of energy saving transformation satisfaction degree of rural residence . The results show that the intelligent evaluation method is intuitive , simple and convenient , the calculation result is good , the calculation precision is high , and the evaluation method has application value in comprehensive evaluation of reality .

Chapter 7 is the conclusion and prospect . This chapter summarizes the research results of this paper and looks forward to the future research direction and content .

The innovation points of this paper mainly include the following aspects :

First , research the innovation of the angle . This paper attempts to integrate the comprehensive evaluation theory method and the intelligent theory method from the angle of intelligence . On the basis of analyzing the application of the intelligent method in the comprehensive evaluation , the paper studies the problems of subjective and objective weight selection , the integration of the model , the synthesis of the evaluation result , the choice of the model and the inspection of the model from the perspective of intelligence .

Secondly , according to the theory of evaluation and the theory of intelligence , this paper puts forward the concept of " intelligent comprehensive evaluation " with the meaning of evaluation . The idea of this concept makes the research content of the intelligent comprehensive evaluation a clear positioning .

Finally , this paper makes an intelligent improvement on the existing evaluation method , and puts forward an intelligent correction model of intelligent integration model , intelligent group evaluation model and AHP structure right from the angle of intelligence .
