优势视角下的当代大学生抗逆力状况研究

【摘要】:关于大学生抗逆力水平的研究主要存在两种理论解释,即问题视角和优势视角。从问题视角探讨大学生抗逆力更多的是关注问题本身。本文基于优势视角理论,通过对西安市两所高校大学生抗逆力水平的调查,分析了西安市大学生遇到的逆境事件、应对方式、抗逆力水平及其影响因素。本文强调抗逆力是个体与生俱来的能量,不同个体的抗逆力水平是有差异的,而优势视角是塑造、提升抗逆力的重要途径。因而,本研究假设,不同类别的大学生抗逆力水平是有差异的;抗逆力是每个大学生本身就具有的潜能,但是需要被激发。分析发现:大多数大学生具有中等以上抗逆力,仅有少数大学生抗逆力水平较低;影响大学生抗逆力水平的主要因素有:个人特质、家庭、学校、同伴,而学校提供给大学生的外在保护性资源最为缺失。基于以上结论,运用优势视角对大学生抗逆力进行诠释:每个大学生都具有巨大的优势和能量;逆境事件可能是伤害,但它们也可能转化为挑战和机遇;从资源视角激发大学生内部抗逆力;通过社会支持塑造大学生外部抗逆力。 为塑造和提升大学生抗逆力,本研究在借鉴社会工作优势视角理论的基础上提出了几点建议:引入优势视角理念,重塑个人特质;以有意义的联结建构家庭的抗逆力;建构抗逆力校园文化;增强同伴群体之间的联系,建立认同感。
[Abstract]:There are two main theoretical explanations in the study of college students' resilience, namely, problem perspective and advantage perspective. From the point of view of the problem, it is more concerned about the problem itself. Based on the theory of superiority, this paper analyzes the adverse events, coping styles, resistance level and its influencing factors of the college students in Xi'an through the investigation of the level of resilience of the two colleges and universities in Xi'an. This paper emphasizes that resistance is the inherent energy of individual, and the level of resistance of different individuals is different, and the dominant angle of view is an important way to shape and enhance the resistance. Therefore, this study assumes that different types of college students have different levels of resilience, which is the potential of each university student, but needs to be stimulated. The results show that most college students have moderate or higher resistance, and only a few college students have a low level of resistance, and the main factors that affect the level of college students' resilience are: personal traits, family, school, peers, and so on. The external protective resources provided by the school to the college students are the most lacking. Based on the above conclusions, this paper interprets the resilience of college students from the perspective of superiority: every college student has great advantages and energy; adverse events may be harm, but they can also be transformed into challenges and opportunities. The internal resistance of college students is stimulated from the perspective of resources, and the external resilience of college students is shaped through social support. In order to shape and enhance the resilience of college students, this study puts forward some suggestions on the basis of the theory of social work advantage: introducing the idea of superior perspective, reshaping personal characteristics, constructing the resilience of family with meaningful connection; Construct the campus culture of resistance to adversity; strengthen the relationship between peer groups and establish identity.
