一致性原则下群体认同与程序公正的关系研究

【摘要】:本文综合国内外有关社会认同与程序公正的研究结论,对程序公正与社会认同的相关理论、心理效应进行了认真细致地梳理,揭示了本研究的理论基础、研究方法和研究意义。在此基础之上,本研究采用实验的方式,利用自编的一致性原则材料、公正判断问卷、群体认同问卷,以南京高校300多名大学生为被试,进行程序公正、认同判断、一致性原则三者关系的检验,探讨一致性原则跨文化适用性,探讨程序公正与社会认同之间的关系,探讨程序公正在中国文化背景下的情景变量。研究结论如下: 第一,存在普遍公正观念,程序公正的一致性原则适用于中国文化背景。 第二,情境对程序公正存在影响。在一致性条件下,即公平条件下,团队情境或个人情境中个体产生的程序公正差异不大;在不一致性条件下,即不公平条件下,团队情境或个人情境中个体产生的程序公正差异显著,相比较于团队情境,个人情境下产生的公正感更低。 第三,特定条件下,群体认同与程序公正存在双向关系。 一方面,公正感的高低会影响个体对所属群体的认同,当个体感觉到较高的公正时,会对群体产生较高的认同;反之,当个体感觉到较低的公正时,会对群体产生较低的认同。 另一方面,群体认同在特定条件下也会影响个体的公正感。当个体处于不确定条件下,即没有明确的公平与否的线索存在时,个体对群体的认同程度可以充当公正判断的启发物,认同程度较高的个体会产生较高的公正感,认同程度较低的个体则产生较低的公正感。
[Abstract]:This paper synthesizes the research conclusions of social identity and procedural justice at home and abroad, makes a careful analysis of the relevant theories and psychological effects of procedural justice and social identity, and reveals the theoretical basis, research methods and significance of this study. On this basis, this research adopts the experimental method, using the self-made consistency principle material, the fair judgment questionnaire, the group identification questionnaire, taking more than 300 university students in Nanjing as the subjects, carries on the procedure justice, the identification judgment. This paper explores the cross-cultural applicability of the consistency principle, the relationship between procedural justice and social identity, and the situational variables of procedural justice in the context of Chinese culture. The conclusions of the study are as follows: First, there exists the concept of universal justice, and the principle of consistency of procedural justice is applicable to the Chinese cultural background. Second, the situation has an impact on procedural justice. Under the condition of consistency, that is, under the condition of fairness, the difference of procedural justice produced by the individual in the team situation or the individual situation is not significant; under the condition of inconsistency, that is, under the condition of unfairness, There are significant differences in procedural justice between individuals in team situation and personal situation, and the sense of justice in individual situation is lower than that in team situation. Third, under specific conditions, there is a bidirectional relationship between group identity and procedural justice. On the one hand, the level of the sense of justice will affect the identity of the individual to the group, when the individual feels higher justice, it will have a higher identity to the group; on the other hand, when the individual feels the lower justice, it will have a lower identity to the group. On the other hand, group identity can also affect the individual sense of justice under certain conditions. When the individual is in the condition of uncertainty, that is, there is no clear clue of fairness or not, the degree of identity of the individual to the group can serve as an inspiration for the just judgment, and the individual with the higher degree of identity will have a higher sense of justice. Individuals with a lower degree of identity have a lower sense of justice.
