[Abstract]:With the rapid emergence of "her age" on the global scale, women's leadership has attracted more and more attention in the field of leadership research. However, because of the differences in social history, cultural development and institutional policy, women leaders have appeared many psychological problems in their work, and their leadership is not fully developed. In the process of building a socialist harmonious society, we should strengthen the analysis of the psychological problems of female leaders, study their psychological problems in the course of their growth, and discuss the ways for women leaders to get out of their psychological predicament, not only to promote the healthy personality of women leaders, but also to make a healthy personality of women leaders.
