社会工作专业关系的本土化探讨

【摘要】:经过一百多年的发展,社会工作在西方社会已经成为被公众尊重和信任的职业。在构建社会主义和谐社会的中国,社会工作作为一种帮助人和解决社会问题的工作,在向服务对象提供支持与服务,,整合社会资源以及提供社会公益服务和倡导社会关爱等方面,发挥着越来越重要的作用。 2006年中国共产党十六届六中全会决议进一步确定和强调了关于“建设宏大的社会工作人才队伍”的重要理念。2011年中央18部委联合发布了《关于加强社会工作专业人才队伍建设的意见》的通知,迎来了我国社会工作发展的春天。然而,目前我国的社会工作总体发展相对落后,地区发展其不平衡,特别就社会工作伦理而言,目前除台湾、香港以外,国内并没有完备的伦理守则。特别就专业关系而言,因为中西方文化及社会发展的差异,西方的专业关系来到中国表现出水土不服的状况。 本文着重从伦理中的专业关系出发,通过对八名一线社工的访谈及笔者的社会工作实务经历,分析了中西方不同的文化土壤和社会发展进程,认为西方的专业关系并不完全适用我国,当然不是全盘否定,而需要结合我国的社会文化特征进行本土化。笔者认为中国社会工作应该发挥人情关系优势、充分运用人际信任、宣扬道义追求,建构监督机制,主张多重与多种关系融合的关系,也就是本土化的专业关系
[Abstract]:After more than 100 years of development, social work has become a profession respected and trusted by the public in western society. In building a harmonious socialist society in China, social work, as a kind of work to help people and solve social problems, is providing support and services to the clients. The integration of social resources and the provision of social welfare services and advocacy of social care, play a more and more important role. The 2006 resolution of the sixth Plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China further confirmed and emphasized the important idea of "building a large contingent of social workers". In 2011, 18 ministries and commissions of the Communist Party of China jointly issued the "proposal on strengthening Social work Professionals" Notice on the Construction of the contingent of talents, Ushered in the spring of the development of social work in China. However, the overall development of social work in China is relatively backward, and the regional development is unbalanced. Especially in terms of social work ethics, there is no complete code of ethics in China except Taiwan and Hong Kong. Especially in terms of professional relations, due to the differences in cultural and social development between China and the West, Western professional relations come to China to show an unfavorable situation. Based on the professional relationship in ethics, this paper analyzes the different cultural soil and social development process between China and the West through interviews with eight first-line social workers and the author's social work practice experience. It is believed that the western professional relationship is not completely applicable to our country, and certainly not totally negated, but needs to be localized in the light of the social and cultural characteristics of our country. The author holds that Chinese social work should give full play to the advantages of human relationship, make full use of interpersonal trust, promote moral pursuit, construct supervision mechanism, and advocate the relationship between multiple and multiple relationships, that is, the localization of professional relations.
