【摘要】：正本刊为非赢利学术杂志,自承编辑、排版、发行及其他成本,不向作者收取任何费用,同时也无力向作者支付纸质版、电子版等稿酬。如作者向本刊赐稿,即视为同意上述约定。如有异议,请在来稿中声明。
[Abstract]:This magazine is a non-profit academic magazine, self-editor, typesetting, distribution and other costs, no charge to the author, but also unable to pay the author paper, electronic version, etc. If the author gives a draft to this journal, he shall be deemed to agree to the above agreement. If there is any objection, please state it in the draft.
