网络公共事件话语表达非理性问题与应对策略

【摘要】：本文通过分析中国当前网络空间中网友不理性留言的现象,对新媒体事件的产生和由此发生的网络集体行为进行了描述,分析得出这种现象产生的原因是多方面的,包括网民过分相信新媒体的力量,自身素质不高;媒体跟风炒作;政府管控不严等原因,并对典型案例进行解读,提出解决这种现状的可能性,在解决方法上可以从多方面着手,如在内容选择及发布上运用技巧,提高受众媒介素养,提高政府履职能力等。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the phenomenon of irrational message left by netizens in China's current cyberspace, this paper describes the emergence of new media events and the network collective behavior occurring therefrom, and concludes that there are many reasons for this phenomenon. Including Internet users' excessive belief in the strength of the new media, their low quality, media hype, lax government control, and other reasons, and to interpret typical cases and put forward the possibility of resolving this status quo. In the solution, we can start from many aspects, such as using skills in content selection and publication, improving the media literacy of the audience, and improving the ability of the government to perform its duties and so on.
