个案工作介入“大学毕业生啃老族”的就业意识转变研究

【摘要】：近年来我国大学毕业生数量屡创新高,但就业形式却不乐观,有一部分大学毕业生因为多种原因不去就业反而选择“啃食”父母,而被冠之以“啃老族”的称号。啃老一族对自身、家庭和社会都产生了不良影响。首先,啃老族长期不接触社会就会产生悲观厌世的心态,行为偏激,不利于个人的成长,自我价值的实现;其次,这些人在物质上精神上依赖父母,会给父母造成严重的负担,不利于家庭和谐,对传统孝道产生严重的冲击;再次,这也是人力资源和教育资源的浪费,会产生好逸恶劳的不良风气,社会道德会出现滑坡。本文是以已经获得高等院校颁发的学历文凭,具有劳动能力,但是因为主观原因不愿意就业或者处于游动就业状态,生活来源全部依赖父母的这样一个群体为研究对象,运用个案工作的方法对“大学毕业生啃老族”就业意识进行介入,帮助他们摆脱困境。全文一共分为五个部分,第一部分绪论主要论述研究背景、研究意义、以及国内外研究综述;第二部分介绍了啃老族、大学毕业生啃老族、就业意识、个案工作的相关概念,优势视角、认知视角理论对于“大学毕业生啃老族”运用以及个案工作介入“大学毕业生啃老族”就业意识转变的优势分析;第三部分个案工作介入“大学毕业生啃老族”就业意识转变的案例及分析,对服务对象进行问题界定并对问题存在的原因进行分析;第四部分个案介入“大学毕业生啃老族”就业意识转变的具体实施。即通过个案介入的方法以会谈和家庭访视的形式来帮助服务对象认知自己的就业意识,树立正确的就业观念,培养自己健全的人格,提高自身生存能力,最终让服务对象在就业过程中能找到适合自己的工作,重新融入社会;最后一部分总结全文并对针对啃老族问题提出建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of college graduates in our country has repeatedly reached a new high, but the employment form is not optimistic. Some college graduates choose "gnawing" their parents instead of going to work for a variety of reasons, so they are crowned "boomerang". Gnawing old people has had a negative impact on themselves, families and society. First, if the boomerang people do not come into contact with the society for a long time, they will have a pessimistic and world-weary mentality, and their behavior will be extreme, which is not conducive to the growth of their individuals and the realization of their self-worth. Secondly, the material and spiritual dependence of these people on their parents will create a serious burden on their parents. It is not conducive to family harmony, and has a serious impact on traditional filial piety. Thirdly, it is also a waste of human resources and education resources, which will produce a bad atmosphere of fugacity and malaise, and the social morality will decline. This article is based on a group of people who have obtained the diploma from higher education and have the ability to work, but who are unwilling to get employment or are in a state of swimming employment for subjective reasons, and whose source of living is entirely dependent on their parents. The method of case work is used to intervene the employment consciousness of the "college graduates boomerang" to help them get out of the predicament. The first part mainly discusses the research background, the research significance, and the domestic and foreign research summary; the second part introduces the related concepts of boomerang, college graduates, employment consciousness, case work. Advantage perspective, cognitive perspective theory for "college graduates boomerang" application and case work involved in the "college graduate boomerang" employment awareness change advantage analysis; The third part of the case work involved in the "college graduates boomerang" employment awareness change of the case and analysis, to define the object of service and analyze the causes of the problem; The fourth part of the case involved in the "college graduates boomerang" employment awareness change specific implementation. That is, through the method of individual case intervention, in the form of talks and family visits, the service object can help them to recognize their own employment consciousness, establish a correct employment concept, cultivate their own sound personality, and improve their survival ability. Finally, the clients can find a suitable job in the process of employment and reintegrate into the society. The last part summarizes the full text and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem of boomerang.
